It all start in the spirit first . you could be under spiritual attack . What ever religion you have , pray to God & ask for protection & ask him to cover your head (mind & thoughts ) also see a therapist I tell ppl that although I need to see one myself so I kind of just talk to myself about my problems but I guess that’s what therapists are for lol . We’re all spirits having a human experience & I’m sure most people know that but with knowing that you must know you have to protect your spirit, your soul , your light 💡, your space . That’s why I try not to judge people of their sins & mistakes whether it be drugs etc whatever I know that that person is fighting a spiritual battle but most don’t know it or understand it . I’ve been into spiritually since I was 5 & since then have had my fair share of depression etc & I realized that studying about the human mind & behaviors help you learn about your own mental health & issues , what triggers you etc & keeping your spirit sacred .
