Modric is better. Stats don't tell anything, we can't compare midfielders based on stats especially when they are playing on different positions. KDB and Muller are CAM's and Modric is not but in every game he covers midfield, defense and is involved in counter attacks (vs PSG and Chelsea he has been the most important players after Benzema, in both games he had an assist. Don't forget his amazing run vs PSG in 60th minute and important tackle on Messi). Muller has been underrated, true, but lets not get him to be overrated. Great player, but what Modric did it will hardly be repeated. Only player to win every possible individual award within a months ( Ballon Dor, Uefa best player, Uefa best midfielder, fifa player of year...) and he is not even a striker or CAM! He led Croatia to WC final as captain and his contribution was really important.

Modric literally is the only attacking midfielder of RMA, always was. He’s their 10. And unlike Muller and DeBruyne he (Modric) did have the 2 best defensive midfielders of this generation in Kroos and Benzema next to him watching his back and CR7 In front of him, for most of his time at RMA. Neither DeBruyne nor Muller did have such quality players next to them in their teams for that long. It’s just that Modric never was as good or as effective as those 2. his skills might be looking nice but they’re too inprecise and too ineffective generally. You just have been played by the propaganda of RMA and Croatia fans, like most others have been.

I think perhaps you should include some defensive statistics in comparing midfielders as contributing to goals is important, the defensive side of the game is important as well.

Bayern would've still dominated Germany even without Muller, while Modric and De Bruyne have essentially been crucial for Real and Man City respectively. To have good statistics assisting you need good scorers in front of you and the reason Muller became the best assistant in the last five years is the presence of Lewandoski. The next few years KDB would become the assist leader with Haaland at the receiving edge….although Messi as always ( with Mbappe and Neymar in front) is probably going to break the all time one season assist record this season!!

Kdb is not a CM, he can't set and manage tempo that well, he's essentially a CAM only. He used to play deeper back in germany but that was because it wasn't really a world class team, Pep moved him to forward as soon as they started working together and he hasn't looked back since

One factual mistake: They all have 0 titles. The titles listed are titles won by real madrid, manchester city, bayern munich etc. They can be won be teams only, not by individuals. Awards and trophys are thing that we should think about ,who player best , don't think a bout goal and assist because player has different positions. For me luka modric is the best all season, 36 year but is unbelievable.

I don’t think most of you guys understand that the reason Muller has the most stats is because he plays in the bundesliga which is a farmers league other than dortmund. If he were to ply in Laliga or the premier league it would be a different story. Still a very good player, but I’m just pointing it out. Realistically KDB is the best considering his age and since the premier league is the hardest league

Litterally no one but this admin puts Modric who is rarely playing as Attacking Midfielder like Muller and KDB. Thats why Modric has the least G/A

After more 15 assists muller will only be the 2nd player after messi with both 300+ goals and 300+ assist. The best attacker and best midfielder together

For a support for the st, go for Muller.. For an all-round amf, go for KDB.... For a game-controlling CMF, go for Modric.... And for me, it always gotta be Modric!! The way he controls the game is just out of this world...

Muller is not a midfielder he is a widrawal striker who plays behind main striker jst like dennis bergkamb

Kevin De Bruyne is the best when it comes to goal contributions per game. I thought Modric was even better than this. So disappointed

There are some players who stats don't favor them.. Ronaldinho, xavi & iniesta are good examples, but their contribution to the game cannot be under looked.

@@willymacharia9716 There’s different between center mid and Attacking mid. Players like Thiago Kante Modric Pogba Kroos Verratti Gundugan Goretka don’t get that many goal contribution because they are not attacking mids like KDB muller Bruno Fernandez Bernardo Silva Mount Havertz and so on.
