Then there is also Mark running his B6.4 and Carl running the Team Associated ready to run RB10 1/10scale 2WD buggy.

Must have been a great bonus for the club, too. Racing buggies indoors on carpet is a lot of fun. I'd love to do it again someday. 1/10th buggies on polished gym floors was how racing started for me. 😊

RC is the big Winner again! Great to see you guys get together the RC community is thriving!! and Well done Popalong lads! Getting a place on the podium and a good solid job with the RTR was no disgrace! Credit to Kev for the win! I bet he felt a little pressure as it was his home track! Nice one! Very entertaining! I didn't quite know if the race had already happened, but it has and it looked like you had a good time! I suspect to see a lot more videos this weekend, ha ha. I'll be going to the track myself tomorrow, so was nice to get some "motivation" going...

@@PopalongRC I used to race buggies back in the 80’s on an outdoor track by the car park by grange paddocks swimming pool in Bishops Stortford in Hertfordshire. I used to race the Tamiya Boomerang at the time.

Mark ran the pro kit RC10 b6.4 Whereas Carl was driving the RTR 2wd buggy the RB10

Shame there was no running commentary, and Tomley is a big guy lol.
I was waiting for the KZread rivalry but got group of good people or friends out having fun on a Friday with a KZread channel on the side.

Tomley has put full race out whereas we have put out 2 vids more about the evening and atmosphere.. thanks for watching.. interested to see what spin Talbot puts on it.

@@PopalongRC the RTR looked pretty good for what it is, it looked nice and easy to drive, just lacked a little power from what I could see

Could not push car more as it understeered if I went any quicker … at that pace it was consistent

@@PopalongRC those rear tyres probably have a little too much traction for a rear motor setup on carpet, something a little harder may help or just get a brand new buggy 😂
