Hey mark, I enjoy your content a lot, it's great. Would it be possible to do an order of operation video for the hydrocore? You mention some nerd math in some of the exercice videos but it would be cool to understand the bigger picture as you see it. Cheers!

Is it better to do this exercise with one arm or two? I recall you did this one armed in the past and cited the advantage of "cross firing" core muscles to stabilize the body when doing it with one arm. Thanks

Hey, we have a *2nd* DVG?! What doesn't he like about this movement/exercise??!! This is a *great* exercise for chest development for people having shoulder issues (usually through poor bench pressing technique). This exercise 'forces' a safe & good technique! What's there not to like?! Sure, you could do this with dumbbells as well...

@@MarkWildman Sure, Mark! I have, on occasion, critiqued you, commented on your videos differing with you, but it was all with the understanding & knowledge that all your content comes from a good place. Your content is absolutely on-point, detailed, and is one of the best 'alternative' strength/fitness styles (alternative to the gym/BB/DB, maxing out/physique-focused culture) -- and I absolutely *love* the safety *and* longevity/sustainability focus in your content! -- as much as I love the no-nonsense, technique-oriented approach and the wry wit...! :-) I always recommend your channel as being top notch to anyone interested in KBs/maces/Indian clubs (even though I don't use the latter 2) etc... As the Vulcans might say: "Live long & prosper, Mark." And keep putting out this great content! DVGs be damned...

You get more core activation than with a regular bench press, it is also “safer” due to your elbows not being able to go below parallel to your shoulders, which also makes you able to take it failure without the need of a spotter.

@@ajithsidhu7183 Really comes down to what you want out of the exercise. A kettlebell floor press is more “open-chain” because you have to control the weights individually on each side, which means more muscles will have to fire in order to stabilise them. If you use both sides to push one object (like a sack or a barbell) your body will have an easier time to work as a unit and therefore we will often be able to move more weights (majority of people will be a lot stronger with a bar than with bells).
