Another great workout! I have not done kettleball in a long time. Lots of ads were the only drawback. Thanks for good content and instruction Alyssa.

I work with seniors and they’ve been requesting more Kb in our class and I enjoy that you use a clean! I was a little worried it might be challenging but you show it’s not. What I also like is that you can hear that it’s light cardio lol I work all ages and some of the youngers get surprised at how challenging a movement pattern is or how they are breathing. It all helps with stamina!

Just completed day one and I really, really enjoyed it. I didn’t think I would enjoy exercising again after being diagnosed with osteoarthritis a month ago, thanks so much for your videos. Is there an alternative to the shoulder press? As I am struggling at the moment to use my left shoulder.

I’m glad to hear you are enjoying it! This is usually a good substitute for an overhead press: Single arm row with support kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZXac0q6FddrNfqg.html

hi i have double sets of 8 12 16 20 and 24kg i have osteoarthritis in back ive used kettlebell to strengthen my back im in less pain after years of struggle i do double kb squat presses with my back brace im just under 10 and half stone but built my strength to press over my head 2 24kg but two days ago i had a fall when out walking i fell over a metal chain at the trollies at asda and broke both my elbows im 41 years old i will develope arthritis in both elbows in about 6months time im gunna get back in to kettlebells to almost cure my coming arthritis i hope i know swinging will be good for my elbow but it will cause havok for my osteo arthritis so hi might try side swings so im not bending the back to much im gunna start light then over the coming months increase the weight with magnets 1kg a time i know it will be painful but if i stick at it often it will help strengthen my joints thats my theory

Kettlebells can be used to add weight resistance to these workouts if your body is in need of more of a challenge.
