1 cup (100g) blanched almond flour
¼ cup (28g) coconut flour
¼ teaspoon (0.5g) xanthan gum
1 large beaten egg
¼ cup (60g) melted salted butter
-Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 10 minutes until edges are golden brown.
2 large eggs
½ cup (125mL) heavy whipping cream
salt and pepper to taste
shredded cheese,diced ham,chopped brocolli or any filling you want.
-Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 10-13 minutes.
Yields 18 pieces (macros per piece)

Just put the quiches in the oven. The filling: bacon, mushrooms and green onion. I do not have a mini muffin pan, so had to spread the dough a bit thinner and not as tall. Doubled the amount of eggs. Thank you for the recipe!

These look beautiful. Yum! I haven't made a keto crust in a while. Also, my family loves pot pie. I think I'll try it. And Publix has a beautiful European Cream Triple Berry Tart with a luscious cream and glazed berries. Actually, they have several which are devine. This recipe looks great! 😍 If I use a regular size muffin pan, how much longer should I bake the crust and the whole quiche?

You can add 2-3 mins for the crust or until the edges are starting to brown. And for the quiche filling increase the baking time by 5 mins, until puff and set.

Which cheese to use?
what can i use instead xatham gum?
Can I only use almond flour instead of coconut flour.?
I love these recipes but most of them have gums and Xylitol in them. What can I substitute for the xanthan gum in this recipe?
