Holy Crap!! You top yourself with each video!! The Gravity Ride had me laughing so hard I was crying!! You actually turned 3 shades of red and I thought for sure you were going to puke!! Great Video!

My dad and I always rode that thing when I went to the CNE as a kid and both of us were always so dizzy after xD It feels so weird. lol

Thanks for making these videos; they're a great escape for those of us that don't have the means to actually go anywhere. 🙂

As a kid growing up in Ontario, they use to always hand out CNE coupons on the last day of school. I’ve only been once, over the years. Living 2 hours from Toronto, I try to avoid the place. Watching you on the Gravatron was the best laugh Ive had in weeks!!

I've been going to the CNE since I was a baby, my parents have taken me all my life and they even had part time jobs at the CNE as teens. I felt so sad when I missed out this year. My fiancé and I got the flu after a convention we attended earlier in the summer and he had to use all his vacation days recovering, so we couldn't go this year. Thank you for visiting my country and going :) I love your videos and because of this one I feel like I still got to see the CNE even if I didn't get to go in person this year.

No matter how brief and cheesy those dark rides are, I still love seeing them all (I think that "haunted mansion" had about 6 scares and that was it)

Thanks for the Canadian Fair adventure!....I liked the 203 lights, the pure Canada "Red shirt" lumberjack balancing act... and thanks for showing animals; something that used to be a reason for a fair...The wonderful sandsculpture was so inventive and skillful....and gosh, there used to be an all wooden type of gravitron ride at the old "POP" park in California (gone for years)...you ended by sitting on the wooden floor and spinning out the exit; pure kid delight.....Thank you!

My mother grew up in Toronto and went to the CNE every year. I've only been once, back in...2007-ish?, and I think we were just there too late, cuz it was very meh and not much to do.

Awesome! I love the CNE. The first Canadian National Exhibition took place in 1879. It has been around for a long, long time. It is called the EX by most Canadians. I have not been there in years and miss it. I hope to get there next year.

This is so funny because I was going to suggest the CNE to you when you mentioned trying to do as many fairs as possible, but I thought you may not want to come across the border for that. When I lived in TO it was a must do every year and it is always busy like that . I can't believe you went on the gravitron . They used to have an awesome roller coaster an old wooden one . I guess that is long gone. Great video and you are brave trying the ketchup ice cream .Don't forget to take some ketchup chips back with you. Keep Safe ❤Keep Well❤

I am a CNE kid, my sister used to compete at the ex in the 1980s, I even slept there once. I still go every year and always hit the Haunted Mansion. It's a family tradition.

I enjoyed the vendors offering insights and/or advice, which helped enhance your video. Probably a Canadian thing.

Very nice and big fair, as always very well documented by the Carpetbagger. Jacobs remarks and comments were very much to the point. What happened in the gravitron? Nothing good, since your head changed in all colors of the rainbow, looking very awkward indeed. i think fairs will always be a thing, for people of all ages, and it is very nice to follow you on a few of those.

I liked looking from the chairlift at how big this exhibition was. Really exciting. The mustard & ketchup ice cream cone was different. Interesting. Enjoyed your video. Just hated to see you were suffering on that ride that plastered you to the wall. As a famous man once said, "it's human torture, why do they do this?" hehe I hope you enjoy the rest of your Labor Day weekend Jacob.

So, Jacob, in the past I had suggested that someday you should write scripts or books. I'd like to add another aspiration for you: that you become so successful that you can hire a cameraman! Then you could ride, shoot, play, manipulate a crane, or eat ice cream (or whatever pleases you or makes for good content)--unencumbered!

I didn’t know we had that here. Sounds gross. Lol ketchup chips however , are a Canadian National treasure. The Ex I haven’t been to in years. I assume Jacob is here to go to Canada’s Wonderland before it closes until Halloween season. It’s Cedar Fairs most visited park apparently. I think prob because we don’t have many theme parks in Canada.

Here in Buffalo at Fantasy Island we had the same thing. It was in an old wooden barn-like building and it was really fun to come out of the ride and tell your mom that you were standing in midair! Later the ride became too old to repair any more and it was replaced by a Gravitron-type thing. Now Fantasy Island is gone (sniff!!)

Hey 👋 Jacob, the CNE looks much different from back in the day; 1971 when I was in secondary school in Mississauga. I guess that’s how life changes, 51 years later.

Used to be able to do the spinning rides, not anymore. I am feeling for you Jacob on that gravatron ride.
