Yes I like the new mics, you weren't distant and when you where away from the camera we could still hear you like you were right beside it. I think this is a great invest...

You 2 have away of making me think different...and that OK....maybe that's why I follow. Anyways, I have lost both my parent recently and they were workaholics and so i inherited those genes... Wifey is on me about living my dream of all most full time RV life.....and riding our motorcycle and quad, Watching you with your family put dust in my eyes....and has me thinking hard....I think I'm suppose to thank you very much. Cheers,...continued success and safe journeys and adventures .

Sheila you made my heart melt and smile when I heard you saying to your mum at top of skyneedle while coaxing her to walk across glass panels “ look at me and don’t look down , look at me and don’t look down.” I thought , isn’t that the way with us and Jesus where he’s having us look at him and not at our situation. ❤❤❤❤

You are correct about an Alaskan Cruise. We've taken many cruises and our Alaskan cruise was the best one we've ever taken. Alaska is amazing!!

I was hoping you would do a video of your time in Alaska... SO BEAUTIFUL! how wonderful you were able to reunite your mom with her brother, Shelia. Family is complicated sometimes but, it is worth the effort to connect whenever possible. I also know firsthand how short time is and there is no guarantee of tomorrow. This is one of the reasons we "switched it up" last year to sell nearly everything to RV full time. So thrilled to have discovered your channel. You bring joy to everyone watching! ❤️

I loved our cruise to Alaska! We spent the first few hours in Ketchikan at the ER. 🤪 Nothing serious, hubby needed an antibiotic and there wasn't any quick care. I can't wait to go back!

The new mic seemed to do well. While in the kayak, sound clarity was very good imo. Not that I know what I'm talking about.

Way to go. This makes me so happy 😁 I bet you were on the same cruise as my mom. Less junk more journey came up and we got to hang out with them at Iditarod. It was the best day. We have had nonstop rain. The creek’s and rivers are flooding here in Willow

Loved this video... one of my favorites.. Having lost my mom back in June, this was just so heart warming to me.

This is one of your best. Our son was stationed there and we never made it up so see him. It was fun to see some of the things he would talk about. We did enjoy listening to Todd panic a bit every time you' pitty-patted' the water with your fingers Sheila. Thanks for sharing it with us!

We went to Alaska in June. Yup, it trained in Ketchikan when we were there, too. It was amazingly beautiful

Great video, whale watching, eagles, sea lions, kayaking it all looked super fun. My mind thinks like Todd's does in the kayak. There's something huge under you just waiting to tip you over. Switch it Up!!

We love Alaska. We have done 3 cruises to Alaska and 1 being 4 days land from Fairbanks to Anchorage(Whittier) and I would do it again a again. Skagway is my favorite. Looks like you had a nice time and glad you could take your mother with you. Thanks for sharing this journey with us. ❤

Alaska in the summer is amazing ! I would love it if you took me in a cruise! I could enjoy it without spending the money. lol 😂 cruises are not interesting to me, I like the Terra ferma

we loved meeting your family on KZread. your mom is sweet. How did you get from WA to Alaska. did you fly was there a ferry? Also did you have to show a passport?

Thank you for coming along - my mom is pretty awesome and is super sweet. We did go from Seattle to Ketchikan via Alaska Airlines and then once you get to Ketchikan there is a very short ferry ride from the airport to the island. Since we went from Washington to Alaska we did not have to show our passport.

Heard you say something about spider’s when you were in the space needle. I was shocked when we were at the Chicago Tower and there were spiders on the outside of the glass at the top. Like how do they get there? We threw fish up in the air and had an eagle come down some years ago when we were in Red Lake Ontario fishing.

Such a terrific trip. I’d like to go, but not sure about taking our RV. Probably better to fly in or cruise.

Ha guys fun fact. When you guys were at the Space Needle I did not let you down. I was part of the fabrication team that made the glass you stood on up there. The floor was not originally glass.
