Actually, this is Kesha's original version, she got the song from blur 2, then I guess she gave it to btr im not sure, but I don't know because isnt the "woo hoo" and "Party people" part still btr?

also when she goes "super star" I don't know if you hear the background with that word it kind of sounds like Kendall saying it but like I said I am not 100% sure

BTR actually sampled Kesha in their song. Her song was very much strongly inspired by Blur's "Song 2"

hopefully this year, it's being mastered as we speak but they are waiting for something with her contract to time out (not sure about that or the actual specifics it's been a while since I looked it up) but she is saying it's 22 tracks for the album
