How mush of building up had to be done to be at the leave of the highest part of the drain

Wondering if this system is permitted by the city in Los Angeles Ca.

How was a proper drain seal secured? Looks like it was just dropped into the floor. Is there already a pressure fitting flange installed?

you didn't secure the drain to the plumbing. Why not show or at least say you need to XYZ to secure the drain to plumbing.
