Kerala | Trivandrum collector Navjot Khosa on rising Covid-19 cases across the state

The lowest seroprevalence targeted testing of symptomatic people, and unscientific relaxations of lockdown are considered to be the key reasons behind Kerala battling the pandemic while other states are seeing lower Covid-19 numbers. With 22,064 more fresh cases with a total positivity rate of 13.53 percent reported on July 29, forming 37 percent of the active cases in the country. So, the most important challenge is ensuring the number of beds, hospital beds, and oxygen availability. Mojo Story's Nazia speaks to Trivandrum's collector about how the state is dealing with the surge in cases.

Very well spoken by the Dr all should follow the Kerala way of following the covid management n handle the cases of covid
Blame here squarely has to lie on the central govt. With regard to the serosurvey. Populations with low incidence of covid should have had been prioritised for covid vaccinations. Instead already infected people were given vaccinations in most of India.
