People ruin their own lives. If one chooses to post information on social media. It's their own doing. That's the problem people want to post all about their lives, or other people lives. Stop posting information that might get you in trouble! Did the social media say to that lady? Hey post all your business I'll let everyone know. She made her own mistake. Not social media.

exactly!! The illegal that raped and murdered that college student in Georgia, he had been deported several times and he was always back in the country! Just this week an illegal that raped a minor was arrested and the judge in the NE gave the guy bail and released him without even contacting ICE. These are "Democratic activist" judges that believe in sanctuary cities. How are they able to return each time after they are deported?? They do it! Now if you are in a sanctuary city you will not be deported. California is a sanctuary State, that is immigrants that know that all try to get to California. That is why I watched video of a news story of a convoy of four or five busses that dropped off the Indians that claimed Asylum at a sanctuary city in California. The ICE agent was told to take them all the way to the sanctuary city in California that would arrange accommodations. A few Indians on the bus were then complaining about what why they were taken there and ICE official was pissed. First of they should not be allowed in, they are then being given the opportunity to enter the country and being driven all the way to a sanctuary city where housing etc will be arranged etc.. for them and these Indians were trying to ask for more.... 😅😅😅. It was funny. You could see ICE agent was so mad, trying to get away from them. But he had to follow orders from the Biden administration. It was clear he was not happy about what was being done. But if he wants to keep his job he knows to shut up and just do it! 😅😅😅

What about all the American citizens making gross videos about children and posting it on hidden web? That’s a 1000xs worse and they get a slap on the wrist when caught. This is a minor issue that doesn’t affect anyone really and should not be so Harley punished IMHO wow. And I’m an American citizen.

I saw a video of Canadian customs doing the same for anyone they deem "suspicious". I thought it was an invasion of someone's privacy. But if you are not a citizen you don't have those rights. The Indian government also does a background check of all your social media posts under your name before issuing a visa. Sometimes they can issue the visa but deny you entry at the airport in India...very scary. It has happened to Canadian Indians who go back to India to see their relatives and if they posted a comment against the PM, they are denied entry into India. There us not a thing you can do about it. Scrub all your social media posts as it is dangerous. It is wrong! But who are you going to complain to? the International Court in Europe??

You said "...Their visa is revoked, and they must leave the country but it not a deportation." Being asked to leave the country is a form of deportation called SELF DEPORTATION. That occurs when the status violation is uncovered while you are already in the USA (for example, discovery of the violation at a USCIS office). If the discovery is made at an airport point of entry, the visa revocation occurs right there, and you get a FORCED DEPORTATION (that is, being put on the next flight back to your homeland).

@@TalkwithDennis23 Yes, you can file for a green card for her; it takes 10 years to get a visa for a relative who is not your minor child or parent. US citizens are entitled to a priority (expedited) immigrant visa for their children under age 18 and for their parents. The Immigration & Nationality Act defines immediate family to be your parents and minor children. Thus, these 2 groups qualify for immediate, priority visa that is approved in a year or two. All adult children of US citizens and other family members (such as aunts, uncles, grandparents, and cousins) are considered extended family members, not immediate family members. Therefore, while you can file for immigrant visa for them, they don't get priority for visas. They have to get to the back of a long queue that moves very slowly. Some extended family members get visas through US citizen relatives within 10 to 15 years after the application filing. You have to start the process early.
