They thought they could do it better then Nene, but those original girls actually had an investment in this franchise achieving. Kandi saw it as a business churner and Kenya as a lucrative game, but neither had the heart for the show like the originals.

Although I don't condone what Kenya allegedly did. I just feel like Andy Cohen has always made an example out of the black Housewives. He suspended Kenya for getting married off of the show (meanwhile Robyn came back after lying about Juan cheating) they suspended Nene for the closet incident even though she said (No and was dealing with a sick husband) Yet Heather Gay lied on production about her black eye and she suffered no consequences and Lisa Vanderpump quit RHOBH in the middle of filming continues to get spin offs. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Yall are saying this is the end of RHOA bc Kenya’s not gonna be on it. Kenya has been on the last 4 seasons of the show and it hasn’t been good yall. It’s not JUST a one person show. RHOA needs a strong group of women like they had from S1-9 and again in S12. For all we know, the new cast is amazing. We literally know nothing about half of them. What are the boundaries and why are they different amongst the cast and franchises? Does Bravo only step it up when it becomes a Bravo-legal issue? Where is their code of conduct if it doesn’t become a legal issue? Something is VERY wrong here- and once again I’m not condoning inappropriate or violent behavior.

Kenya has a history of hazing newbies, and maybe after this incident, Bravo sees her as a liability. If Kenya really has a case, she should sue.

I don't understand why some of y'all do not get the fact that the code of conduct was non-existent when Tom committed his act. Some of bloggers were telling people don't pay what Bethany Frankel is doing and saying no attention. She was making changes for reality TV stars! Kenya and Kandi were busy trying to make Nene a liar instead of paying attention to changes for Bravo employees and contractors with recent established code of conduct for reality TV stars ( Nene Leakes the originator,; Bethany Frankel the driver).

The production company pays whatever corporation Kenya has set up. She is not a W-2 worker. They do not have to extend any rights or reasons for whatever they want to do; they just can’t violate federal law. That’s why there is always a discrimination lawsuit. Kenya has always added to the housewives, but she was never the center, so stop acting like Rome failed. She’s just a person you knew. What kills me is that the first thought of these ladies is to attack each other instead of using four months to show their own life and drama. I would be swinging from the chandeliers for four months out of the year for $1 million; you would see some of everybody coming out of the woodwork: court battles, everything. But they choose to try to embarrass each other; what a waste of time.

A producer gave Michelle Brown the tea about the threat but they are denying it bc cameras didn't catch it. I think it’s crazy how no actual pictures or videos showing what was displayed have come up. No one’s even found any videos of Brittany just floating around the internet yet. Everybody is running off of rumors and vibes at this point. I can admit that Kenya may be a stunt queen, but no one will convince me to believe that she would show porn of a cast mate. Tubing has some good documentary/docuseries

Richie, the only reason I won't give Tubi my energy is because it is owned by FOX. We know how FOX operates. They get Black viewers (Martin, Living Single, New York Undercover, etc.), get advertising revenue from the viewership, take that money and create a cable news station, drop the Black shows and push bigotry. So as much as I'd love to catch some of the things I see pop up that are on Tubi, I just can't bring myself to watch it but I'll watch your recaps if you're doing them.

If they have an HR department, then they have a code of conduct in the employee handbook and a morals clause. It has to be in her contract and she should have read it. Most employees probably do not read the code of conduct and don't read the morals clause or they would not violate it. You will likely not have access to the company code of conduct unless work there. HR guidelines are legal and standard. The company can modify them for their company yet they should still be according to the law and be able to stand up if challenged. We had a code of conduct in the military and in civil service.

The moment you signed your W9 you are agree to whatever the policies and procedures are at your job. And you’re responsible for your own actions and your own behavior. I’m not quite sure why people want to pick it apart to see how they can make it fit… to whatever narrative they favor. it’s 100% subjective when people can’t see the other person side of it… particularly the side of the person has been violated. it’s beyond why people are so dismissive and acting as if it means absolutely nothing and that’s normal… meanwhile, if someone told them to just shut up in their job, they would be pissed.
