Lawyer here. It depends on the jurisdiction, but as a general rule, revenge p*rn requires two elements: non-consensual release of intimate photos and intent to harm. Neither of these elements is automatically negated by the fact that those images may already exist online.

I watched another CC on live outside of the event, it happened. Kenya is trying to play word games, but the law is the law. This is so bad for her on so many levels, her daughter, her job & her business will be impacted. I really hope she learns the real lesson

This is very disappointing. I believe this happened, to the full extent. Not only because of Kenya's characteristics or behavioral traits but also the relevation of these rumors are too explicit, too detailed to be false.... What is so disappointing is the, although alleged at this point, Kenya wasn't thinking about her daughter, the custody battle she has with Marc, and possibly facing jail time. Not to mention the least of these, being fired from RHOA. This doesn't make sense why she would allegedly undermine all of those consequences for hazing/bullying a newbie. Still, I believe it. But it's giving season 13 all over again. When the Bolo and Cynthia's wedding was leaked to the press during the pandemic before the actual season aired. They need to sign NDAs before filming starts-- everyone who is in the same proximity of the filming/crew. It is ruining the experience of watching the season when we know in advance what is going to happen within the season

Kenya will some day understand that her actions and provoking others is really going to her hurt beyond belief.

Her envy stems from watching the other women have close relationships with their mothers. It"s difficult for her to be a girls girl because she has never received that nurturing from her mother. i think she craves unconditional love which sometimes comes from mothers. it must be painful to grow up knowing your mother does not want you with no explanation. Granted no explanation would ever explain or justify the way her mother has treated her. this is why I think she was obsessed with becoming a mother and having her own family.

Could this also be just straight up sexual harassment? It's a workplace at the end of the day. You can't just show people's inimate pictures at the job, even if they're online.

I’ll say this, if Kenya showed these photos it’s wrong. No matter if they are public or not. These shows are starting to be ruined because it seems as if everyone wants to one up each other to obtain a grand moment. The orchestrated beefs, allowing social media to play too much into the shows. It’s beginning to be overkill and they are losing site of what made us actually enjoy the show. You can tell the drama and fun moments were genuine in the earlier days. Season 9 we started to go to low with some things I feel since then the true RHOA feeling has left. I think the glory days of reality tv is gone.

The show doesn’t even air until like is it March 2025 I’m so sick of this shit excuse my language but I’m sick of it all this and it doesn’t even air till March 2005
