Cabovers rule! 🥰 I live in the Columbus, Ohio area...there are a few cabovers around in this area that are still running. I see them pulling containers, cattle trailers and grain trailers. Still makes me do a double-take when I see them. I’m glad to have a 9670 IH an ex Walmart truck.🥰 Proud to be from a trucking family! 🤩 God bless all of our truckers! 🇺🇸

For the first 23 years of driving that is all I drove before I finally parked my old butt in a hood. To this day I miss driving those cab overs. I reckon it is just some reminiscing of the good ole days of truckin in my book. After 35 + years I decided to hang it up as I saw the hand writing on the wall with all the BS coming down the road in the truckin business. Some great pictures in the video.

Eddie Hubbard I cant believe you lasted 23 years in a cab over! How much height did you lose bouncing in that thing for that long? A couple of back surgeries later?

JRBUISEXCAVATING my 1975 k100 rode just smooth as my 1988 t600. The ruff ride stories are from guys that never drove a cab over.

JRBUISEXCAVATING then it probably needed work on its suspension. Or it had shit suspension that would make any truck ride like crap. I took the hendrickson suspension out and put in pete air trac. Then I had custom soft ride springs built buy a local spring shop for the front axle. New shocks and air bags every 2 yrs and my cab over rode better than most pick ups

i really like american trucks especially kenworth and peterbilt and they are so cool. very different from here the European trucks look like big cars was born in the wrong country . once went to a truck show in Belgium. and there were beautiful trucks ... European. then suddenly I come across a peterbilt, marmon, mack etc ... well the European seemed like toys ... american trucks simply the best, the most beautiful, most beautiful sound, from every angle wherever you stand they are beautiful ....piece off art . For me it will always stay a dream
