Hey James what's up, I just got the chance to comment on the last two videos because we had an island wide power outage here in Jamaica because of hurricane beryl we had a whole lot of trees falling down on cabels and power lines and a whole lot of light poles are down but I really love what you are doing with Chrystal its really awesome wishing you all the best bro

I really enjoy your channel James as I am truck and transport mechanic for a living (22yrs and counting). I work on rusty old Volvo and Mack plow trucks everyday. I'm hoping to buy my own piece of classic iron soon so I have something fun to work on for a change. I'd like to have a W900 or an LTL9000 but I'm not stuck on just those.

Those are some tall elbows, you almost don't need pipes! Absolutely right about sharp edges and corners. Sharp edges and corners are stress risers and can easily be the starting point of a crack. Radiused edges and corners are unlikely to cause cracks.

so ive always been a Motor head, I used to restore military vehicles with my dad from when I was about 7. had fast cars most of my life the bigger then engine the better it was for me. heavy equipment and semi trucks were my first real employment. ive been a mechanic most of my life.

I'm watching your videos, and enjoying them.

Trucks lookin good man, an option to keep the pickets parallel, you could put 45degree elbows on them, it would shorten your amount of flex and keep the pickets straight, just my opinion is all.

James Pretty, now that you are sounding a whole lot better. i think you should try the cold showers , they are fantastic when you are feeling healthy. but you must ease on into it if you are used to taking hot showers. P.s only take the hot shower if you are feeling sick or catch a chill from some were but after a few weeks when you are better resume the cold only shower, i am no doc i just stumbled upon his fantastic treatment.

Love your videos maybe you can help me I have a 1982 kenworth k100 wanting to do twin stacks problem is air intake is 8in and if I move to back side of bracket air will not clear botton of cab can I change air tube to 6 in filter canister is 8 in and 6 out any info would great

Going thru the same thing. I chose to remove the big factory air cleaner and I’m going to run dual air cleaners in the back and a center pipe.

Just how Hot is it? I am up here in MI. Would do just about anything to be back in TN, I hate the cold! No one knows Hot till they have been to Iraq... HOOAH!!! I know the International 9670 I have is going to be much easier to put dule stacks on. That said, I did have to modify the Y-pipe I bought, the end that attaches to the Turbo. I still need to buy all my exhaust, minus the Y-pipe and stack brackets. What is the benefit to having a Picket Elbow vs the standard elbow?

A picket elbow just makes the bottom clamp better. Not having to have it on the joint. But I guess it isn’t really that big a deal
