I recognize that power supply! My dad gave me one back in eighty-something. I still use it!

Hi, useful video. Any chance of providing a link to the checklist/advice PDF you were using to carry out the tests?

I just bought 1 of these and a TS140. Mine has no issues and I seen the "sonybond" is not used but instead a wax-like substance. I read of pulling a chip on the front face and cleaning the pins.

Stems mostly at VCO-5 out of lock due to the glue Kenwood installed years ago. Also caused by really REALLY poor solder connections on that same circuit board.

Do you have any replacement part numbers we could use? BA282 BA483 1s2588 1s1587 1ss91s are nowhere to be found for me in europe. The only answer I get is you could try a 1n4148 which I haven’t tried. Any thought? Thanks in advance.
