I honestly believe that Kento has had/still has a huge crush on Tao, but it's one-sided, which is why they haven't been confirmed dating. It makes me sad as a fangirl of Kento, but despite everything, listening to Kento's heartfelt words expressed towards someone he genuinely likes in the public, in such a straightforward and brave way, warms my heart. Whether Kento has a crush on others or not, knowing that he is such a soft, tender, genuine human being makes me really happy. yeah his eyes is always been obvious since mare days, no actor can recreate perfectly that real sparkly eyes to someone they like on a scene, kento even said that keita in mare is the character that is closest to his real self, it felt like he is not acting at all coz his real self always come out in every scene, i just knew that onigiri kiss in mare is real too😅

there was 1 dating rumour in 2016 when they were spotted going on a date(?) in a restaurant, both of their companies stated that "they're getting closer as time passes" and that was it, no denying no confirming. no rumours since then.
