So we need to buy the pre filter before? And candel how long does it last, did the technician replace your candel? It says Kent grand star has zero water wastage, is that correct?

first of all thanks for watching ...yes u have to purchase prefilter seperately..,changing of candles depends on tds...about water wastage it is also same like others but the thing is they long extra pipe so wastage water can be kept in tank,plants etc..

It claims storage Capacity of 9 LT which is not true. Hardly you can fill 4-5 one lt bottle with full tank.

I purchased (25.05.2021) the same product displaying in the video, which is not working properly. Consequently i made complaints through Kent Apps several times and mechanic visited to redress the issues but could not repair and still the problem is existing ( indicating TDS low in the display ). And they are not ready to replace the machine as mechanic replaced around 7 parts of the machine, still it is not functioning. Thus I am having disastrous nightmare in r/o kent water purifier. I suggest to all pls not to purchse kent water purifier.

Oh k...we purchased it almost year back and we didnot face any issue till now . accept we changed the candle 1 month back ....i sugest once ask the person where u purchased from ....

I have visited 5 to 6 times in the outlet but all efforts went invain as Shopkeeper told that they only sell the product and it is the responsibility of concerned company to exchange or get repair the product.... i am helpless

you can even use it without extra filter ...but extra filter increases uv,sedement etc filters life which are inside the machine

new filter cost 700-1000,if u want to change inside filter it cost 200...no extra- charges for installation..

Grand star is more user friendly ...the display is more useful which helps u easily fill up water and also the level of candles when to change and all....remaining both are same ...
