In an early interview from Japan (probably in 2008?), Kenny said that he learned Japanese primordially to read the Hajime no Ippo manga

The movie made me sad as fuq ngl other 2 was Slient voice and Grave of the fireflies. After that no more anime movies for me too much emotional damage.
