The animated manga-style cutscenes between the CGI takes are well-inserted. Swell and swift way to take a breather from the on-going action. The CGI itself was questionable at first, but seeing how they've translated the manga really fucking well into 3D and made it glaringly different from the usual 2D-styled animation, I changed my mind.

In the manga they gave all the characters a lot more, well, character. The plot was better and more well fleshed out, we had a lot more characters, and the fight scenes were actually a lot cooler and stuff too. Kengan Omega just keeps getting better as well.

I also thought like you when they released the first trailer, but with this video I think I'm starting to change my mind, and I may end up liking the CGI they will use here, and that I personally don't like it at all..
