Okay, I feel like people discredit Baby Keem as an artist a lot and act like he is basically a Kendrick Lamar alt account, which, in all due respect, is dumb and very disrespectful to Keem. Kendrick didn’t just straight up write all of Keem's catalog, and this post is basically saying that he did. Kendrick probably helped Keem write a couple songs, but acting like Kendrick has the time to run two careers is just unrealistic. They definitely help each other. I’m writing songs, and Kendrick possibly even has given Keem songs, and as much as y’all will hate to hear this and deny it, it is also likely that Keem has even given Kendrick songs, especially from the amount of rumors there are that he does. So basically, they probably ghostwrite for each other at times, but by no means in Keem some alt Kendrick account or some shit, like, don’t discredit Keem's artistry like that; he is his own artist, and y’all gotta treat him as it. (Also, there have also been things like Keem ghostwriting for various other rappers, so he can definitely write.)

But to be one of the GREATEST rappers you need to have written practically all your stuff. Otherwise we would be ranking rappers as groups rather than ranking them as individuals.

So Kendrick may have taken yrs off after experiencing much success to devote his time to get his cousin off the couch and help him become successful. Meanwhile, Drake brings in artists and even with all his success...he steals from those hes suppose to help and crushes their chances....while feeling up on little girls. Kendrick is a humble ass fucking hero.

Kendrick wrote Dre’s lyrics in Compton and The Recipe, wrote Mc Eith’s lyrics in Maad City, wrote SZA’s All the stars hooks. I don’t think this is hidden because Dr Dre confirmed it, Mc Eith confirmed it and there is reference for All the stars where Kendrick sang the chorus. I believe Kendrick writes for Baby Keem to release songs he doesn’t want to release under his own brand name.

When Drake said “K-Dot shit is only hittin' hard when Baby Keem put his pen to it” He’s not saying Keem writes for Kendrick. He’s saying Kendrick songs suck unless Keem is also on it. IE: Hillbillies, Vent, Family Ties. Drake is a noted Keem fan and Kendrick’s biggest tracks lately (pre-beef) were all collabs with Keem and they performed better than his solo singles.

Stop it Baby Keem is a family member and he is signed to him, it ain’t like Kendrick worked on a random artist career. Y’all not bout to shift the narrative for someone who’s dropping music every 4 years‼️Yeah Drake got ghostwriters but he is a great writer as well. We’re not going to stop liking his artistry cause he’s using all the tools that the industry can provide for him to be more great at what he does already. Plus what’s the point to help Baby Keem taking off if the plan is to let him drop music at the same paste as Kendrick ? The guy just started and his career is already over cause there is no quick follow up to that fantastic album he dropped 3 years ago.
