how does it sound when you are on the gas in that X3? does it drowned it out?

The sound is still clear.

Are the lights sync'd to the music or just a random repeating pattern? Also when you turn it on does it have that person talking all the time?

Yes, the light sync to the music. And yes, the voice comes on when you turn it on. I think there's a way to not have that talking too.
