i just got to say this. i see lots of barbers complaining about the box. however the reason they getting these Chinese clippers package like this is because they choosing the cheaper option of shipping without the original box/packaging.

Hello, what 1.5mm guard do you recommend? I have the impression of not being able to melt with the original. if you have a link, I'm interested, thank you very much

Thanks for the review! How long does it take before it becomes too hot for your client to cut with? I got the cheaper Kemei 707z and the metal base heats up after abt 3-4mins of use. My son would cringe when the base would touch his nape/neck so i had to stop and let it cool first before continuing.

I've found that alot of metal blade trimmer have this issue unless you oil them *which alot of people don't do often enough* so I switch to ceramic blades.

Hello thanks for this informative video If I have to choose between this clipper 1986 and the classic corded wahl super taper (wired) the price in my country is nearly the same for both of them (1986 is only 6$ less) which one you recommend for me for personal use

  • @sholafades8825

I would always recommend you go for a branded clipper because usually the blade is better than a cheaper one. If you want more power I would recommend the wahl super taper. But if you want the cordless freedom you could get the Kemei 1986 or Cordless Wahl Super Taper.

Nice video bro. In your opinion do you think the blade is good enough or do you think it has to be changed. I am in the midst of deciding what to buy between kemei 1986 and kemei 1996. I want to be sure of the one with better blade

  • @sholafades8825

I'm not about the 1996 but they probably use the same blade. I'd say get either one and put a Wahl Stagger tooth blade on it. The Kemei 1986 stock blade doesn't smoothly enough and the motor also lacks power. But I believe the blade is change it would make up for the lack in power

not important at all but that's not an american plug its an asian plug. American plugs have two flat prongs. Also it doesn't come with oil likely because it can get stopped by customs if shipments have liquid. I think it has to do with flammable liquids and since it's an oil it might be mistaken as flammable and just easier to just take it out of international shipments. Not to mention it might just leak.

@@sholafades8825 Put the better wahl fade blade on the 1986 and you'll get the same performance. Kemei blades aren't as good. Should be expected for 1/3 the price. it's also quieter because the 1986 has metal housing while the magic clip is plastic and muffles very little sound.
