If you’ve seen the video, that hall monitor was doing too much, literally all up Kelly’s rear so much so that she stepped on her dress while she’s trying to pose for photographs. That's why the security needed to get her in ASAP when your that late you can't take pictures, but Kelly wanted to stop for pictures, if she was any late the theater would be pitch black and it would disrupt the movie not to mention disrespectful. Security need to her in or the doors would be closed and she would not been allowed to enter the film screening.

Guiding and stopping are two different things. We have all watched these events. Kelly was the only one on the steps. She turned around for the Last shots with a smile and wave. This is typical. She didn't stop to have a conversation or completely end her climb. She has been doing red carpets forever. You see what you want to see. She has handled with class and grace for two decades. Google her by the way since you don't know who she is. Yet it matters not, the point is she gave her voice to the security based on her level of discomfort and never felt or acted on a need to express her discomfort all the other times she has been in similar situations for years. How unusual... Have you ever been to restaurant where the food is always good. Do you ignore a hair in your food the one time it happens or do yo say a little something on your way out.

Actually, Kelly had recently walked off the Today Show. Hoda (works at the Today Show) said it was because the dressing room didn't suit Kelly. Eventually after bad publicity being called a spoiled Diva Kelly's manager said it was because Kelly had been asked about Beyonce, not about the dressing room. Who knows what the real truth is, but Hoda never reversed her claim it was about the small dressing room.

Apparently she was running late for the beginning of the film projection, it's Cannes' film festival, she is not as important as you think there, they were not going to wait for her... But it doesn't give the right to the security guard to push and touch her the way she did, yikes

She was soo late that the cast and everyone was inside and the film was about to premiere, check video fotage of her being seated inside and the cast are already seated, in the back you can see in red, she is looking for her allocated seat. That's why the security needed to get her in ASAP when your that late you can't take pictures, but Kelly wanted to stop for pictures, if she was any late the theater would be pitch black and it would disrupt the movie not to mention disrespectful. Security need to her in or the doors would be closed and she would not been allowed to enter the film screening.

That security guard acted like Kelly wasn't moving at all. Girl was walking/ waiving. You slowing her down interrupting the prices like that

I don't say things like this often but I really hope that security guard has been FIRED already because her behavior is NOT okay. It is NEVER okay to blatantly violate anyone's personal space or talk to them in a disrespectful manner. I've been bullied my entire life so I know a bully when I see one. She tried it with Kelly and she put that woman in her place very quickly. Awesome sauce to Kelly!

Kelly showed up late and the security guard was doing her job by telling her to speed it up. You need to know the facts before you jump in with the race card. This was NOT about race!! Kelly was the rude one!

And Kelly is so sweet. You never hear anything negative about this young lady. Kelly has represented the community with class and dignity. And her dark skin is radiant. They are still trying it!

That security had evil deed against Kelly good that Queen did not allow that women to humiliate her more. Stand up for your dignity and respect 🙏🏻❤

From the footage you could see that security and usher team created a ring around her deliberately blocking her from taking the famous photo on the steps.
