What was the point of this book?? Loved Regis…RIP

I literally grew up watching Regis!! I started watching when it was "The Morning Show". Regis and Kathie Lee had chemistry and were a PHENOMENON!! If Kelly wasn't happy, she could have left at any time. She had a nice job at All My Children. I don't feel sorry for her at all because I have real problems. Writing the book now after he has died just to get more money is narcissistic.

She acts like she's doing us all a favor with her airhead stories. She's as exciting as watching paint dry. Seacrest isn't much better. Regis is what made that show entertaining.

People expected for her to have a friendship because she pretended to "adore" him. There are people who have friendships with people much older than them.

NO, HE DID NOT. It was her Gift for being Good at what she does. She was Kelly and exceeded expectations. People were Shocked at how she came in and not only filled in Kathy Lee Giffords's shoes but actually held her own, like she had always been there. *She was a Perfect Fit.*

Kelly Ripa, in her most recent failure to date, wrote a book about herself, yawn, detailing complaints and insults about well loved Regis Philbin, who sadly passed away. My question to Kelly Ripa is, Why now Kelly,, why ever? Get over yourself! Kelly Ripa is a part of this world has gone crazy with the I'm a victim mantra and mentality. Kelly clearly wasn't taught to not speak ill of the dead. Grow up Kelly. All relationships have ups and downs. Kelly couldn't get along with Michael Strahan either. He quit the show he was cohosting with her, mid-season But the most unfortunate aspect of all of this is that Kelly Ripa didnt care about how her negative words would effect Regis's wife Joy, or their children.

I used to love Kelly Rippa. I watched her on "All my children" from the day she stepped on that set and for the years with Regis. I think she is so disrespectful and she has gotten such a big head forgetting who made her who she is! He gave her the break and yet she talks about him like he was nothing. I just think that is so disrespectful and I have lost all respect for her not just because of this interview but before that because of the way she treated Regis and the way she treated Michael! What a freaking baby- a spoiled brat!Stop the bull crap about the age difference! SHE did not make the effort. She's saying that now because she thinks it's an excuse that people will accept! Yes she has a great husband and a very nice looking husband and her kids seem to be very normal but how they got that way with the mother like her it has to be all mark to be all mark. And that does not take away the fact that she is what she is!

Kathie Lee and Regis can never be replaced or will ever be replaced by Kelly Ripa & Mark ish!!!

I love Kelly, yet what’s wrong with aging??????? I don’t get it. Who cares! I’m 66 years old and am proud of my wrinkles! They are a roadmap of my wonderful life. 💕 ~Aging is natural, everyone goes through it and it’s not to be denied or vilified. It’s another beautiful time in one’s life. No, it’s not the same as being 20 or 30, but it’s still a sacred time, not to be denied. I’m so sorry people see it as a “bad” thing whether in the performing arts or not.

She is absolutely right about the media and how they can really destroy someone's life without the audience knowing who she really is..... ie: when she started live with regis & Kelly I automatically did not like her because of all the false attention she received that was never true. Now I feel ashamed of myself for allowing the media to let them decide my feelings about her. She is a wonderful person and I truly can relate and agree to everything that she puts out there about working women with children. I am so sorry Kelly 😞

We must put our faith in Jesus before it's too late. Each day we draw closer to our eternal destiny and we see the world has become a very uncertain place. And what we believe about Jesus Christ will determine where we spend forever. It is an extremely urgent matter because we cannot be sure we will be alive tomorrow. Jesus said you are saved by grace through faith. And faith comes by hearing a message concerning Christ. Jesus said if you continue in my word then you are my disciples. We see how the Jews crucified Jesus, they did not believe he was the Messiah in fact they accused him of being a blasphemer bc he claimed to be from God. And he healed on the Sabbath day which they considered a violation of scripture. They were blinded from the truth by their sinful ways. People were so blinded during the ministry of Jesus that he left a man dead for four days, then brought him back from the dead just to try to convince all his nay sayers that he was the son of God. Has the world blinded your eyes and alienated you from the life of God? Jesus said many are going to think they are on their way to Heaven only to find themselves in Hell. Jesus said there is a narrow way that leads to life that FEW find. Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen. Is your faith superficial? Jesus said whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. And if you can confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead you shall be saved. Sometimes it takes a little desperation like we heard King David have pleading to God create in me a clean heart and renew a right sprit within me oh God Purge me with hyssop so I might be clean wash me so I may be whiter than snow. We must have a life saving type of faith. We see in the bible even the devils believe there is one God and tremble. And we see in the New Testament Jesus did not commit himself to everyone who believed in his miracles, because he knew all men. And had no need for anyone to tell him about man he knew what was in man. He knew their belief was superficial. So the idea it only takes believing to go to Heaven is not so. In the book of James it clearly shows faith without works is dead. Through our faith and works we are justified. Every man is appointed once to die and then the judgement. Come all the way to Christ by faith, repent and be saved. Before it's too late. .. Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip. 2 For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward; 3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. 12The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. 13Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. 14But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof..

Coal miners work hard. Firemen work hard. Single moms who work two jobs with no support to put food on the table for their children work hard. Kelly Ripa sits in a chair chatting with celebrities and gets paid millions of dollars to do it. That is not hard work. It's a dream job. I do not feel sorry for Kelly, at all.

She's a backstabber! She talks about her first encounter w/Regis as have been negative and went on to say it gave her pause as to whether to do the show and then went on to talk negatively w/claims about Regis he cannot defend because he's dead! Isn't it telling she also fell "victim" to Michael Strahan and to suggest she's risen above such victimization perpetrated against her in the industry. Poor little victim Kell!
