The gelling converation really needed to highlight the paring down of the playing roster... Basically three bench players play: Strack, Wenzel, and Baker. Earlier in the season, too many people played and it was fools good. Freshmen hitting shots against High Point... Suffren getting minutes in the Duke loss made fans react typically "she needs to play MORE!" What happened? She doesn't play more. We saw it last year. When Amoore or King got into foul trouble last year, only Geiman played. Not Owusu. You could see the paring of the playing time against good teams ...but it is now really apparent: Wenzel, Strack, and Baker.. That is it. People need to also stop saying "Micheaux was so used to playing with her back to the basket that she struggled." NO.... I believe she came in thinking her role was to feed Kitley, so much that when she had open shots at the FT line, she didn't take them. The biggest weakness is still going to be dealing with guards who aggressively drive. That will create foul trouble... I so appreciate Gramlich. You want people who know what they are talking about, don't just talk to talk, and don't try to be something else.
The Duke game at home was helped in the last 5 minutes by the screaming of the fans when Duke had the ball. I was screaming as loud as I could for that last bit. Duke could not make a ball at the end.

People also need to be more aware of dymacs. For example, the game that only 4 people scored.... too often people say "more need to contribute'" When Kitley and Amoore shoot ALOT, other people can't shoot as much. NOt a knocik. It just means shooting is a zero-sum situation.
