Kelly Clarkson shocked one unsuspecting street performer in Las Vegas Saturday when she stopped to perform Tina Turner’s classic “What’s Love Got to Do with It?”
Posting the encounter on her Instagram, Clarkson, 41, revealed that she was on her way for a sound check when she stumbled upon the performer.
“I was on my way to soundcheck for @iHeartRadio tonight in Vegas,” wrote the songstress. “And was tipping this incredible woman killing some Tina Turner and then she asked me to sing and had no clue who I was, and then it hit her, and it made my day.”
In the clip, Clarkson, who donned all black, can be seen belting out the tune while the performer - who has not been identified - dances around her.
After a few bars of music, the performer can be seen recognizing the “Since U Been Gone” singer and rushes in for a hug.
“Are you f-king kidding me,” exclaims the woman as she and Clarkson exchange a few words and a second hug.
