For the record, yes I realize Wentz had the MVP in the bag before getting injured but didn’t mention him since he finished 3rd in MVP voting. Although I would’ve been shocked if he didn’t win it (had he stayed healthy)! Anyway, what do you think Jalen Hurts’ chances are of winning the MVP award this season?

realistically, i believe he’ll win it if Kellen Moore does what he has done in the past. he’ll have the best QB, WRs/TE, and RB he’s ever had. add on top that sweet O-Line 😮‍💨

I went to watch Cunningham play. I seriously believe back then writers were not going to give the MVP to a black QB. LoL, some were questioning if he was a legitimate quarterback. He was clearly the best QB both of those years. Montana had way more weapons.

I have complete faith in our offense this year. If we were to have a shot, based on last years performance, this would be the year. I can't put a number on it but I am HYPED for this season!

Giants fan-It’s going to be a bitter pill to swallow watching Saquon flourish in an offense that can truly maximize his skill set. He’ll be playing with the best offensive line he’s ever played with surrounded by skill players that will give the space he needs to operate. It’ll be even harder watching him do it with a hated division rival, but I don’t begrudge him at all after being mistreated by Schoen and the organization.

@@capicu7660how was he mistreated? Scheon offered him a good contract two seasons ago and Saquon turned it down. Then we offered him $12mil a year and he said no and went to Phill and got $2mil more than what we offered him. He got greedy and it failed him. To say Scheon treated him poorly is factually inaccurate

I’m so glad we got Saquan this offseason. Saquan for the Eagles is gonna be what CMC is for the 49ers, an elite back who can space the field out for everybody, and with the weapons we got in Dallas, Jalen, AJ, and Smitty? AND an actual proven OC in Kellen Moore? This year’s gonna go crazyyy and I haven’t even mentioned how wild the defense is gonna be for us. I got high, high hopes for this year, fly eagles fly 🦅🦅🦅

I really hope that Kellen Moore can make this new offense work to perfection. Out of all the 11 guys on offense, Jalen’s learning curve is gonna be the steepest. Im really hoping that he can play at a much higher level and not do too much of those “backyard football plays”. Also I REALLLLYYYY hope we can use Saquan in the running game to make a huge impact on the ground. We dont need him to be blocking every play and catching passes out of the backfield when his number is called. As much as i have a bit of a bitter taste on account we signed a former dallas cowboy to call our offense, i gotta root for his success because he’s one of us now. Im expecting us to sweep the cowboys this year

This year is Jalen’s MVP season and He’ll WIN 🏆

Lol the Giants FO are 100% behind Daniel Jones till the end of this season, if he can play up to his contract status it gets interesting but they’ll still most likely bring in a successor. A promise from them is good for nothing

If the eagles have a good season and good record he’ll definitely be in the conversation. When we were 10-1 he was the front runner for mvp. If we had bounced back instead of totally collapse he still might’ve had a chance. The thing that hurts him the most is we are stacked on offense. We always hear this point but where does he honestly not have an all star tight end? Even Dallas could be and all star. Always hear the arguement that the other players carry him but we all know hurts is the leader he’s running it he’s the qb! I’m hoping Moore can really help hurts grow but then again he’s onto another new oc.

Josh congrats on your recent success. The show is doing great! I think the knock on Kellen Moore I believe is that he does get cute unnecessarily. I think Shane mentioned it in the stream. "They were moving the ball easily. No real need to run a trick play". I am paraphrasing. On James Bradberry, I think it is beneficial for both parties to move on. I hope it is before training camp but most likely not. During training camp, I suspect there will be a few leaks on how good Bradberry is playing. Sell, sell, sell!!!

Last year our coordinators were putting our recievers in terrible postion to be effective, making it that much harder on Jalen Hurts. If we lut our guys in better postion to make plays Jalen should be able to take advantage of that. Route running matters.

If you rewatch that TE screen if the LT gets off his chip block quicker and gets a body on the safety that came down there is alot of open space in front of him

Barclay went from the best player on the Giants to perhaps the 4th best player on the Eagles offense. As long as he stays healthy, he’s going to be phenomenal this year as teams won’t be able to key on him.

At this point the leadership in Giants world needs to wake up to reality and accept what they are doing to managing the team isn't working. For starters, accept that Daniel Jones in not their guy! Everyone from the Bears, to Washington, and even the Falcons (still weird) went out of their way this off season to draft a star quarterback. The opportunity was there but Howie Roseman just proved that fortune does indeed favor the bold and nabbed their best player right out from under them. That is how you get in situations with an awkward phone call like what we see with Barkley and Shane.

I might add the Chargers dont exactly have that good of an Oline so them running the play you are discussing in this video explains why it didn't work. Eagles easily have a top 3 Oline so this has a higher probability of succeeding I feel in that level of offense.

Huge cowboys fan here. Barkley makes yall scary. Moore makes me scared FOR yall. He over complicates the offense and makes it rly hard on the QB. Team will have a record year for offense until the good teams realize what you’re doing and shut you down. Kellen Moore can’t adjust mid-game, which was super frustrating to watch on the cowboys.

That flee flicker play wasnt a bad one imo. The TE screen was just an option for if the first read wasnt open in time. If the defense didn't blitz Herbert wouldve waited a lil longer to go over the top but since they did he had the option to dump it to the TE. Maybe poorly executed but at least he had the TE there instead of taking the sack. Last year we never had another option to dump the ball off. That was one of our biggest complaints

It's obvious to me Joe Schoen doesn't like Barkley much and had zero intentions of keeping him. He made the comment Why would we hand the ball off to a 12 million Dollar RB when we have a 40 mill QB. Meanwhile the Eagles have a 50 mill QB 2, 20 mill WRs and now a 13 mill RB 😆 NOT a fan of Schoen after watching 2 episodes of Hard Knocks he seems clueless Also being alive and getting to watch Randall play and those Defenses back then was so much fun , Cunningham, Reggie White will always be my 2 favorite Eagles.

Teams are going to be expecting the Brian Johnson eagles offense and are going to be in for a RUDE awakening this team is loaded with talent and hungry to wipe away the bad finish to last season.
