In order for a Grand Jury to even be assembled typically means there was a preliminary FBI investigation showing that they found enough smoke. Where there's smoke...there's usually fire. So they bring in the Grand Jury...especially when there is a lot of smoke. Usually at that point they have seen enough. They don't typically use a Grand Jury unless they have found something...and unless they feel they can get an indictment. Then they have to train a Grand Jury on these complex issues-- the laws...what a violation looks like, etc. Then they have to bring in witnesses and experts to help them determine what is going on. It all takes time. Also a lot of players involved...and probably a lot of violations. They have to sift through all of that. Prosecutors likely want to announce the indictments together...or within a short period. The grand jury has been active for about 8-9 months. They are coming to a deadline...but time can be extended.

FBI forensic financial experts are trained for this. They deal with far more complex suspects & much smarter suspects than Henyard & Freeman all the time. These two are lightwork for the Chicago & NY FBI (the two offices likely looking at this). These two offices specialize in organized crime, white collar crime & public corruption cases. So even if they try to hide something...it's not going to stop what's coming. The Feds can put it together in some cases (not all...but some) even if documents were destroyed. They are very good at what they do.

Does everyone realize and understand that the Village meetings of the Mayor and Trustees has no minutes, because Tiffany Henyard will not put the approval of the minutes on the agenda. Anything that happens now, there is no official record, because Tiffany A Henyard wants there to be no record. So basically she does not want any records kept for her administration. That she does not use e-mail for village business makes complete sense in all of this. There must be laws that are being violated. But we know that she does not want to comply with open records acts or Freedom Of Information Act requests. What is seems is that she does not want public scrutiny or keep any records. What it boils down to, the voters are going to have to get her out of office. Any legal action, there are no records to prove any wrong doing. Everything is he said, she said and in the ultimate end, Keith Freeman is the person that there are witnesses that can testify as to have said anything. Tiffany has never been said to have ordered or requested anything. Tiffany A Henyard's deposition is going to be a nightmare to go through. My head hurts now. It is probably going to explode going through the Henyard deposition.

Whoever wanted Tiffany to be the Supervisor is probably calling all the shots, it's more to this story than any of us realize, there was a reason Tiffany showed up that night and the township she knew she would be appointed Supervisor just look how long it took and at the last minute Tiffany name come up and the board approved her, something is off with that. Someone had a plan but Tiffany being ghetto has brought unwelcome attention that someone didn't plan on, when she said can't control her she wasn't just talking about the Trustees in Dolton.

If TAH were to use emails, there would be an audit trail that anyone could follow. This applies to fellow township staff members, board of trustees, etc. Emails also make it easier for law enforcement agencies to collect evidence of any financial irregularities as well. If they all communicate by cell phone or regular telephone calls, there is no evidence of anything, LEGAL or NOT!!!
