Keith Flint - Buried or Cremated. Famous Graves
Today's Famous Grave I go in search for The Prodigy singer Keith Flint, was he Buried or Cremated?
Keith Charles Flint (17 September 1969 - 4 March 2019) was an English singer, dancer and motorcycle racer. He was a member of the electronic dance act The Prodigy. Starting out as a dancer, he became the frontman of the group and performed on the group's two UK number-one singles, "Firestarter" and "Breathe", both released in 1996.

Hi Everyone, Thanks for all your comments. I’m aware obviously that the two different churches in the video are in different locations. From the information I got given Keith had his service in the church in Braintree, and from what I was told by two separate sources was that he got buried at Saint Mary’s in Ovington. However a third source said he was cremated and it was kept quiet. So there’s many unanswered questions however if I hear anything I will let you all know. Thank you Paul 🙏

Back in 96, they were playing Kings Hall Belfast, and Keith pointed me out in the crowd while I was dancing and gave a thumbs up, to this day havent a clue what he said. But everyone was looking at me and I got a hell of a lot of back slaps and 'well done mate!' One of the best nights of my life, thanks Keith. Forever Firestarter.

Hi Paul, thanks for doing this video. Keith's passing hit me very hard and still does to this day. Being depressed and suicidal is no joke but when it's set in ones mind to take their own life its only a matter of time before the inevitable happens. If only Keith knew how much he was loved even though he felt so alone 😔

Thank you so much for this video 🔥 I was at the funeral and it was a celebration of his life, with music playing and people dancing in the street like a rave. I told myself before we got there that I was not going to cry and held it together until they carried his coffin into the church - Aerials was played by System of a Down - and I just broke down. Rest in peace, Keef 🔥

I've been listening to a lot of prodigy on long drives with my job and thinking of Keith. I came across your channel just now after having searched images of the funeral. The hardest part of growing up (I was born in 79) is seeing favorite musicians depart from us. My gf wondered last night why I'm "in my own world". It's amazing that a person can go through a tough time even though not having known Keith personally. I mourn him in private.
My daughter when she was a baby would cry and scream all day and all night. The only music she’d calm down to was Smack My Bitch Up. It’s okay she’s 25 years old and perfectly well and normal. Keith seemed an amazing man and into motor bikes, running etc. so, so sad. Thank you 😊

Goodness, you get to visit some gorgeous places. Beautiful churches and churchyards. And that’s a lovely part of Essex. I loved ‘Firestarter’ and played it often on my Walkman.
Keith's death devastated me, I've been a massive fan of Prodigy for 30 years, had the pleasure of seeing them 4 times, I heard he was cremated and scattered also, sad really because people like me would have loved to have paid my respects to his grave...but thanks for doing one in him...RIP Firestarter
As a fellow Chelmsford Boy I appreciate the film in memory of this top guy. I hope this helps to highlight the issue of mental health. I took part in a running event the day he passed as a mate was training him and he seemed to have so much to live for but shows you can't tell
I was born in 1990 and my mum was a massive fan of the prodigy even met them after a rave in the early 90s. I was touched very, very deeply when I heard of Keith's passing and I felt a genuine connection with him for a number of reasons. It's Great Dunmow...pronounced Dun-moe...I used to live there. I also lived in Braintree where I used to grace the halls of The Barn. I met Keith in Tesco once in the toilet roll aisle. He disappeared over time and the word was he had met a guy who had got him a few gigs perfrming on stage. That guy was Keith who aIong with Liam's musicaI genius brought The Prodigy from bedroom mixtapes to the worId. If was the music, Keith was the energy. For those interested, the onIy track I remember from the mixtape was Your Love which was aImost exactIy the same version that was reIeased.

Chat gpt says.... Keith Flint, the English musician best known as the frontman of the electronic dance band The Prodigy, was cremated rather than buried. His funeral took place on March 29, 2019, at St Mary's Church in Bocking, Essex, England. Flint's ashes were later scattered at an undisclosed location on the grounds of his home, located near Dunmow, Essex. Flint died on March 4, 2019, at the age of 49. I say, thanks for the music. You're a legend. Never forgotten.
It was still a fitting tribute to a great musician and a beautiful reminder of what he left us 🌟🔥💗

An alarming amount of people mistakenly think Keith creates the Prodigy music when it is actually Liam, primarily. Keith was the dancer then vocalist/stage presence and general face of the band, but the music is Liam. I'm not saying this to do Keith down but It's important for Liam's legacy that this is known.

Nicely presented, from the English countryside. I miss the colours and birdsong the most. But not the dark clouds, that seems to be a permanent feature, for about twenty years in UK. The ☀️ where I live, certainly makes a person more positive, that's my belief. Keith seemed a mixed up guy. He was obviously talented. He seemed intelligent in interviews. That's why it's difficult to understand, why he took his own life like that.
