yes every time I watch k-on I feel happy but once I'm done with the anime or movie I feel sad, about to make it more sad, at the end of no thank you mio closes the door as a way to tell us goodbye, that's what I think of it anyway.

what I do is just repeat the cycle of anime-movie-manga-fan made stories-fan made manga-fan made art called het@il menyoujan is the best azu attack 3 is the best then anime-movie-manga.... keep repeating it and the depression will come slower and a lot weaker which brings enough time for you to find a new slice of life anime that good! like dragon maid...yuyu camp....

I remembered when I used to watch this anime and listening their songs when I was 13 years old. I would always rewatch the whole season of it whether I feel down and want to have a good time. This anime is the reason why I started playing guitar. Now I'm 25 years old and this K-on playlist was in front of the first page and It's good to be back! I'm having nostalgia rn

Can we also appreciate how excellent the songs are - and that the instruments played are the same as the girls are playing on the anime. No added layers of guitars. keys. The bass really rips, too, and is definitely a Fender Jazz played through an Ampeg SVT!!

There are added layers in some of them. Listen! and Utauyo! Miracle both have an extra guitar playing power chords in their respective choruses, for example. U&I's right-panned rhythm guitar in the chorus (not the high notes in Azusa's part) is also a separate track from Yui's which is panned to the left; you can hear these in the instrumental version of the song lacking Azusa's part.

Ahhhh I remember when I was obsessed with k-on…. Ritsu and mugi were my favorites. Hearing the songs just hits me with a brick of nostalgia, i wish I could watch it for the first time again…. It’s funny because k-on is what made me actually like rock. I know technically it’s not extreme rock, some aspects of it are, but I used to absolutely hate rock. Now I love it, all thanks to k-on, it literally means so much to me. The graduation song scene with azunyan made me on the verge of tears. Thank you k-on, you mean so much to me.

Listening to this Again really does bring a tear too my eye, and made me realize just how much time has passed! I remember the 1st time i watched this Anime i was in High School(2012) and remember how Good it was 😀 Jesus talk about a Nostalgia trip with this one and Glad too see that K-on Fans are still rocking on 🎸

Yeah! Actually, Yui is pretty awesome if you imagine that the action would take place in the real world. Like, I think it's really hard to pull off even if you play on the guitar everyday

@@dedeye1325 well, yes, she is pretty skilled for someone who only played guitar for abt 3-4 years(thats for how long she's been playng at the end of the show) but also, she is japanese so even if she is an airhead she learns fast as shit

i was only 13 by the time i watched this.. it feels so nostalgic hearing their songs. listening to them makes me think of my high school life and friends.. good old days :

This anime inspired me to buy a guitar and sign up for guitar classes. Then I fell in love with my guitar teacher, we got married and moved to another country. Still loving this anime :D

Comment not on the topic of the video, but still I can’t believe that in my circle there are musicians who are truly fans of K-on!/HTT, collecting cassettes and records of their work, selecting guitar and keyboard tones. Just like fans of The Beatles or Nirvana, for example. And in 2024, haha! It's nice to see that people have turned this soulful anime into a truly self-sufficient musical group

pure pure heart takes me back to high school, to those the rare moments when i was alone on the public transport with the dude i was crushing on. "i want to run after you, but the traffic light is already red, but i don't mind. fly, go be by your side, my pure pure heart. the moment this feeling overflows, you already disappeared around the corner." oh god.

K-On! is really a good anime. I finished it about 1 or 2 months ago I think but I still can't forget about it. It made me really happy while I was watching it.

Era 2015 cuando descubrí este anime, era un adolescente inquieto y curioso pero igual de apasionado que ahora, recuerdo salir de secundaria en el turno vespertino despues de un dia divertido con mis amigas y llegar a casa hacer la tarea en la madrugada con los temas de K-onm recuerdo estudiar para el examen comipems con estos temas, recuerdo estar obsesionado hasta tener una depresión por no tener nuevas experiencias con estas 5 chicas. Estoy orgulloso de que este anime me haya visto crecer y que ahora estando en la licenciatura en física me siga acompañando y seguramente lo siga haciendo por el resto de mi vida. Junto con Evangelion, los animes de mi vida.

fun fact about this band, they actually wrote this song during a school club meeting, where they would eat cake and drink tea after class.
