Keighley Bus Museum Saltaire Running Day 2 July 2017
I went along to the 3rd Saltaire Historic Bus Running Day held by The Keighley Bus Museum Trust. I'm ashamed to say this was the first time I'd been to this event but it certainly wont be my last.
Open Top Tours and Mystery Tours operated throughout the day with a timetable in operation with buses running from the event to Baildon, Shipley and Saltaire.
Many Thanks to everyone involved for a great event, I'm looking forward to being there next year.

I was actually conductor/guard for 6220 KW and R641 HYG on the day :D I cant believe how much weight I have lost xD
They certainly had a nice variety of buses there. The trolleybus was the last Trolleybus to run in Bradford.
Hard to believe that it's only in its 3rd year, it has already become a top class event. Great idea to use the park as a display area as well this time. That open top bus ride certainly looked very refreshing, wish I'd been on it! :-)

It certainly was a great event. My first time there wont be my last. That open top bus ride certainly blew the cobwebs away.:-)
What a nice location overlooking the cricket pitch. Those poor fellers were continually rushing back and forth to move those cones every time someone came in, though. Looked like some complicated shunting going on at 7:20!

They certainly are very well organised. The location is so relaxing being between Roberts Park and the Shipley Glen Tramway. Great event.
1. Yellow double-decker is cool! 2. Bus at 1'36" looks like a trolleybus Sunbeam F4. 1. Жёлтый даблдеккер классный! 2. Автобус на 1'36" похож на троллейбус Sunbeam F4.
