The Keighley and Worth Valley Railway held a Railcar Running weekend on 28/10/2023 and 29/10/2023. This involved the railway running a mostly Railcar themed service along with a single steam hauled service. In action were:

BR Railbus No M79964
BR Class 101 (Comprised of SC51803 and M51189)
BR Class 143 Pacer No 143625
BR Class 144 Pacer No 144011
0:00 We begin at Keighley Station which is currently undergoing renovation works. This is expected to be completed in 2024.
0:16 The first railcar we see is BR Railbus No M79964 which is arriving at Keighley with a service from Oxenhope. We see that its carrying a headboard saying "Railbus Silver Jubilee 1958-1983l
1:22 BR Railbus No M79964 departs Ingrow West for Keighley. Built in 1958 for operation on Branch Lines, it was withdrawn in 1967. The Railway has a 2nd Railbus which is currently (As of this video) undergoing restoration at The Vintage Carriage Museum.
2:14 BR 2MT 2-6-0 No 78022 arrives at Ingrow West with a service for Keighley. It is replacing LMS Black Five 4-6-0 No 45212.
3:14 At Keighley, BR 2MT 2-6-0 No 78022 runs round its train.
4:03 BR 2MT 2-6-0 No 78022 makes a smokey departure from Ingrow West with a service for Oxenhope.
5:29 The BR Class 101 arrives at Ingrow with a train for Oxenhope. SC51803 is facing Oxenhope whilst M51189 faces Keighley. The unit has recently been restored to BR Rail Blue livery.
6:15 We get a head out view as Class 101 No SC51803 departs Oakworth bound for Mytholmes Tunnel.
7:51 The Class 101 is seen at Oxenhope. SC51803 is carrying the "Class 101 Farewell" headboard. This was a railtour that occured on 21/03/2003 and ran from Manchester to Buxton, Morecambe, Heysham Port, Barrow and then back to Manchester. SC51803 actually took part on the railtour along with 5 other vehicles.
7:59 BR Class 101 with SC51803 leading departs Haworth with a shuttle for Oxenhope.
8:26 BR Railbus No M79964 is seen at Haworth Shed after finishing for the day.
8:32 BR 2MT 2-6-0 No 78022 departs Haworth with a service for Keighley.
9:58 The BR Class 101 arrives with its last train of the day for Oxenhope.
10:39 One notable feature of 1st Gen DMUs is that you get a drivers eye view of the line ahead. From M51189, we pass Haworth Depot and the Pacers which are in the Loop waiting to take over.
11:55 With its Duties done. The BR Class 101 with M51189 leading departs Oxenhope on an Empty Coaching Stock turn.
12:46 The Pacers arrive at Oxenhope. This is comprised of BR Class 143 No 143625 and BR Class 144 No 144011.
13:48 BR Class 144 Pacer No 144011 departs Ingrow West with a service for Keighley. The unit is finished in WYPTE Red and Cream livery which is in good condition compared to the livery on Class 143 No 143625.
14:41 BR Class 143 Pacer No 143625 arrives at Ingrow West with a shuttle from Keighley. The unit is finished in Transport For Wales livery with Worth Valley Railway Vinyls. The Class 144 is on the rear.
15:37 BR Class 143 Pacer No 143625 sits at Oxenhope before the run back to Keighley. Here, the headboard is removed to be placed on the Class 144.
16:03 We end with BR Class 143 Pacer No 143625 departing Keighley for Oxenhope with Class 144 Pacer No 144011 tailing. The Class 143 was acquired by the railway as a spares doner for the Class 144. The Railcar Running Weekend is to be the only weekend enthusiasts can travel on it.
