Keirna absolutely should sue Deborah and 10 million isn’t too much to request for damages, pain and suffering. Deborah better find a good attorney and come up with an amount to settle. She should’ve spent a couple nights in jail. This wasn’t just hair pulling or splashing drinks, she cut her so deep in her head/face that it required stitches. Then she laughed and mocked her online right afterwards. She’s shown zero remorse still and that happened last year. Deborah wanted to be in a storyline so badly, she got what she wanted!

She can sue for anything she wants. It's assult and she will have a scar.

you would think; but how can she when in the end the -ist fans/production won't let her. When she was attacked by Mia they made her apologize first to Mia, and never held Mia accountable. when they tried icing her and her kids out of events and bringing up infidelity and outside baby rumors SHE was STILL the one who was sent to apologize to Robyn and SHE was the one who approached Gizelle first for HER bad behaviour only to be shimmied off.....and when push comes to shove, Wendy is still the one that the reponsibility falls on to speak to gizelle, wendy is still the one that has to give in and play her role (an oppresive one by the way) in order for the group to "move forward" or lets use the sugar coated version _"understanding the assignment"_ while continuously "excusing" the bad behaviour and reprimanding the victims with hardly any ounce of empathy on them for the entire situation. If wendy were to treat Gizelle the way Gizelle treated her _(which she in fact should have the right to)_ we all know how that would end for "Wendy".....

Remember Rhop started filming right away and that's Kianra's reality what happened to her.

It's the Ashley screaming Candice's name as if she was somehow responsible for her friends despicable behavior for me.

Ashley and her liabilities...first it was Michael that had a suit filed against him...now its cookie monster...the common denominator is Ashley and the company she keeps...I feel like although these people are not angels Ashley knows this and she sets up her evil associates for more problems and then she stands by like an innocent bystander...first of all the way Michael makes his REAL money is an ISSUE...I guess they don't care if people know that he funds destabilization in Africa...if I was married to him I would want to keep this a secret...also Keiarna should also sue Ashley's other friend who tried to jump her...Everyone else who got involved in the altercation tried to break it up whether they were on Keiarna's side or Deborah's side...but everyone Ashley brought tried to perpetuate the fight...that's how you know it was a set up all orchestrated by Ashley who then turned around to blame Candiace and if the suit said cookie monster was instigatin ALL NIGHT why did Ashley and Gizzard try to lie and say the Candiace's response was unwarranted. Candiace never knew this woman from a can of paint...Ashley brought her around to bully Candiace. Ashley don't like women with Candiace's, Keirna's and Wendy's phenotype...she is lowkey WORSE than Gizelle...here's a list of issues she's caused for the unambiguous women: - she put a battery in N'nekas back to go After Dr. Wendy and her mom - She put a battery Deb's back to lie and say Eddie was trying to talk to her to inflame Wendy to make her feel insecure...then Eddie turned it into a business - She never forgave Candiace for pulling the butter knife on her and having a trust fund that she doesn't have to work for and actually having an attractive caucasian husband so she's been antagonizing Candiace ever since and when nothing worked she wrote an affidavit to help Monique...then she put a battery in Michael's back to sue Candiace and when that didn't work she put a battery in Deb's back to jump/harass Candiace - Deborah might share the same sentiment about unambiguous women as Ashley but what she doesn't realize is that Ashley used her as a pawn to target Candiace because she looks the most unambiguous out of all of Ashley's friends that were in the PYT crew and to Ashley she is disposable...how come none of the other friends were antagonizing Candiace as hard as Deborah????? Cookie monster took the bait! -Also notice how when Monique tried to fight Candiace Ashley was the only one missing...she conveniently had to use the restroom and when the assault came...I think she wound up Monique the same way she did Deborah and that was the beginning of Monique's reality TV downfall...Ashley plotted on Monique too...she wasn't that close with Monique but as soon as she befriended Monique that's when Monique switched up on Candiace and tried to fight Candiace...I think that Ashley was also jealous of Monique's wealth and the fact that Chris, Moniuqe's Chris, made his fortune in ethical ways like being a decorated NFL'er, real estate etc. Also Chris, Candiace's Chris, is very attractive and that's why Candiace married him...women/men whoever would want to date Chris over Michael any day of the week just based on physicality...both Gizelle and Ashley are uber jealous that Candiace has a physically appealing man who deals with her overbearing mother...both Gizelle and Ashley are sooo jealous that they tried to shift the focus from Michael's proven SA over to Chris...Chris just literally be minding his own business Also Yeah I wrote an ESSAY and???? All scholars and teachers thank you for the well thought out approach, well I do as a professor!! I write essay comments all the time lol… People miss the point a lot of the time because they lack the attention span to READ !!! But again I agree with what you said about Ashley, she is definitely THEE FIRE STARTER in a lot of these subsequent issues between other cast members. I’d also like to add that I believe that Gizzlle is the puppet master behind Ashley even taking on that role in the show. As we know Gizzelle has never denied being messy for the sake of the show. But I think she’s been coaching Ashley from the beginning on the ‘how to’s’ of creating 3rd party drama. They’re both well versed in throwing the stone and hiding the hand.

@@122Tori Most viewers have a very strong bias against Ashley, but that won't translate well in court. The incident happened in Potomac which by demographics would be more favorable to Ashley should it go before a judge or jury. Deborah was on film before and after the fight very proud of what she did. Ashley denounced her immediately after the incident and did not participate in any of the physical altercation and had no motive to sabotage her own event. A first year law student could easily prove the suit against Ashley has no merit. The only thing that would be her down fall is a literal smoking gun.
