Hi, really nice setup you have there. I wonder if I could use these as well for home cinema with a sub in a 2.1 setup. I currently have a Marantz nr 1200 with some Kef T301 and T2 sub. Not at all an audiophile setup but sounds really great for my use. I'd like to upgrade but I wonder if my amp could drive these. Any thought on this ?

hello.i think it may work as 2.1 since the sub will not use the amp power and 75w may be enough

Hello Sorin, Do you think that I can use a pair of LS50 Meta on speaker stands with subwoofer in a room that is 18ft (5.8M) long x 13ft (4M) wide x 10-14ft (3M - 4.3M) high with a lot of furniture in it? I would be sitting approximately 10ft (3M) from the speakers. My current is a Parasound A23+ amplifier. Do you think that this amplifier can drive these LS50 Meta with no issues? Thanks in advance.

hello Richard! your amp can drive them easily. as for room dimension, i consider your room is ok. for bigger space they will lose definition. also consider a subwoofer for full spectrum. regards

Hello, i seene reviews that kef ls50 have some bad parts on woofer side, I was thinking about buing meta version but at this point im not conviced, there is any better options in that pricepoint?

salut. daca legi doar kef in sistem stereo ar trebui sa fie ok. av ar avea putere destula. am avut si eu un sony str 1080 cu kef R300 si erau ok

They they don't hold a candle to the voice tuning of the LS50s. They're r series 12th gen Uni Qs in LS50 Ltd black style boxes and have the same exact voicing r series always did

depends on the music you listen. for jazz, classical it may not be needed. you need a good amp to compensate the sub

I have both amp and speakers, they works well but the speaker is not my cup of tea. A bit regret of purchase inspired by LS50 oroginal.

Vad ca ai un centru WD. Ai cumva si restul boxelor? Eu am WD D330 si as fi curios cat de mare e diferenta intre KEF si D330 :D

boxa centru nu prea poti sa o compari cu boxe pt sistem stereo. are doar medii si inalte. pt voci la filme este f buna. isi face treaba ok , de accea nici nu am inlocuit-o desi am facut upgrade la sistem de cateva ori. nici nu folosesc 7.1 decat la filme 7.1 este din ciorba de boxe :) kef meta in fata kef Q50 a sus, svs sub si q accoustics 2030 pe spate Wd front pt filme este ok dar pt muzica nu. kef meta doar in sistem stereo sunt f bune

How is the amp ? Does it fit well with kef

in my opinion it was powerful enough to drive the kef.also the sound was good, covering well all frequencies and shining on the mids/voices

KEF一向都係易推冇要求，一隻4ohm 單元，用極輕物料，加長衝程打算大音壓時承受動態跳動以空氣換取底音，但因為4 ohm 聲大冇力，幾經艱苦用輕固音盆，速度快但金屬聲重，若用DENON AV AMP去推都可以，大家都係冇力類型，底音係會較差冇力跳動，YAMAHA AV AMP 就一定有足夠推力砰砰聲，但會覺得偏高音冇咁靚，可以調教的，有推力跳動嘅AMP係比較好，可以彌補KEF同軸單元底音唔厚實嘅特性，不過單元𠄘受有限，一睇就知底音冇料，近場可以滿足一下，行遠少少底音唔見咗。

Qual a diferença delas para as R300?

hello. better mids for Ls50. soundstage larger and more focused. LS50 less base than R300

точно. почему так происходит?

"Знатные" бубнилки! Бас как у компьютерного Микролаба! Голос исполнителя где то вдалеке и с насморком, видимо пластмассовые динамики придают такой окрас.. Высокие явно излишни.. А в остальном знатно )

@@nikolayzakharov7382 просто понятие Hi-Fi прилично упало за последние три десятилетия (маркетинг и удешевление производства), совсем немногие уже знают и помнят что это такое и как это должно звучать, молодёжь с детства слышавшие только формат MP3 естественно ничего знать о приличном звуке не могут и сравнить особо не с чем.
