KEETMANSHOOP'S Rodward Roda Stephanus this week received N$100 000 after winning the first season of The Search.
Roda came out tops from five other people who made it to the final stage of the show.
Initially, 1 000 people auditioned for the reality TV show but Roda remained persistent and always delivered performances in a peculiar way, winning the hearts of many Namibians.
The annual vocal search reality show “The Search” is a TV show that searches for the next sensational star across Namibia, with a cash prize of N$100 000 at stake.
