One of the best sitcoms ever!

That thumbnail is ridiculous but doesn’t surprise me given the narrator’s accent.

I loved this serial. I watched them always and i am still watching in 2024.

I still love that show. It is for sure one of the BEST sitcoms that ever came out of England. I still enjoy it today.💞💞💞💞

They didn't age terribly. This was 30 odd years ago. We've aged too. All those still alive look really good for their ages so be truthfull

Their house was in a suburb of Coventry called Binley Woods. A glorious old private house called Compton Wynyates, in Warwickshire, played its part as a stately home in one episode.

George Web played Daddy. Born 6th of March 1912, Paddington London. Died 30th December in London 1998.

This was a TV show from 35 years ago, most of the stars were in their 50s-60s. They've aged, we all age, if we are fortunate enough. The ageing process and accompanying health issues might be a mystery to the AI presenter (not so sure about the I) but it's quite straight forward. I loved the show BTW and still watch it.

I loved Patricia Routledge as Hyacinth. Every church seems to have a Hyacinth!

I’m curious to know when that picture was taken. I went to see Patricia in the Haymarket in 2019. It was a very busy Sunday for me and I nearly didn’t go. I’m so glad I did. She put together a truly marvellous show. This was one highly intelligent and very savvy woman. I find it hard to believe she’s that size now.

I do not agree with the poster of this videofilm. When it comes to " have aged terribly" The ones that are alive, are of course much older now. Considering it has gone 28 years since the show ended in 1995. But the ones who is still alive do not look old in an ugly way!

I'm American and this person does not sound as if he's from the states. If I had to guess he is from India.

They had all aged very well. Sad for those that have passed but I will always remember watching KUA with fond memories, and they still air the episodes on iplayer. The characters were amazing and I could tell the cast were very genuine and down to earth people, nothing the actors we have today that are all up themselves.

It's a shame that they have allowed someone who is so annoying to narrate this story.

The BBC axed the show despite it having a big and wide audience. Patricia said the BBC was run by children, coincidently she has never worked for the BBC since.
