    I'm glad it helps. Often I meet people not being able to do it and giving up... but a lot of bodies went through quite a lot in life and we need to treat them with gentle caring understanding. We also need to know there is hope and we can absolutely undo all the damage or abuse that's happened to a body. Our body has incredible abilities and learning to hoop is one of them ♥️

    Very well done 👏💪🏽🎉🥳 it is going to just keep getting better and easier and you’ll be amazing at it ❤️ when I started I celebrated every single revolution, it was so exciting to be able to do something I didn’t think I could do. For a long time I kept failing. Not sure what kept me trying 🤪 probably my stubbornness and being used to things not ever working easily. Struggle has always been familiar… it helped me learn to focus on myself which I’d not ever really done before. It was life changing and I hope you experience amazing benefits, too that will keep you inspired to carry on. Never stress about what it looks like today - imagine yourself a year or 10 years from now ❤️ if every time you get a little bit better --> these tiny improvements add up and you’ll be rewarded for your efforts beyond your imagination ❤️❤️❤️

    Dear Suzie you are already a star ⭐ that's a massive achievement with your weight! Especially because you've been riding your bike. When we exercise we gain muscle and increase our bone density - and burn fat of course. So sometimes people remain nearly the same weight when they get slimmer through exercise because what weight they lost in fat, they gain in muscle and bone. But they look a lot slimmer. It is also fantastic because more muscle and increased bone density is priceless for ladies, as we age we can reduce our risks of developing osteoporosis if we exercise... But you actually lost a lot of weight, too! Huge well done! ♥️♥️♥️ The skin will definitely start firming up and looking neat and toned with hooping. The hoop will massage it for you in tip top shape just keep hooping ❤️❤️❤️ smile, you're under construction, your sculpted gorgeous body is loading... ❤️❤️❤️

I've been trying for about 2.5month every day and I still cant keep it going for more that about 6 rotations. I've tried every direction, every foot position. Thanks Bee! 😘 I am doing an experiment right now haha! I am going to measure my waist and do the weighted sponge hoola hoop and see if my waist gets larger! The first few times of using this hoop gave me some bruises around my waist but not anymore. 😂 Hey one question, one lady who's also a prof like you says it is important to do both ways. I do have uneven hips ☹️ cos I fell down badly when I was young and did not develop symmetrically at the hips. I am concerned if I simply do one direction, it may aggravate the asymmetry worse. Just my thought but not sure if it will really happen. I am trying to do both ways but obviously I am better at one direction at the moment. 😊

    Most hulahoopers say their own experience and mean no bad but not necessarily very qualified. From my experience after hooping just the same way for over 12 years for many many hours daily I can say I'm no different on any side. I also studied osteopathy and am a qualified personal trainer. Maybe others are right and you have to go both ways. I don't like to be attached to such claims until I research and see proof. For me it's evidence that going one way does no harm because I'm fine. I think you should do what you believe is best ♥️

  • @BeeVargaTheHulahooper

    @BeeVargaTheHulahooper

    2 жыл бұрын

    Hi Ivana, I cannot tell from here really, it would be crazy for me to give my opinion when I think your health care provider probably has seen you and knows what your disc is like and if it can cope with this movement. I would definitely ask the person who is familiar with your disk. One thing for sure is that my mum has exactly the same but she can hula hoop OK and she says it's helped because for years she's been avoiding movements to prevent pain but this mobilised her gently and she feels like she is able to move a lot more now. But always best to ask your health care provider because you don't want to do any harm. Better to be safe than sorry 💗 I hope the answer will be yes and you will be hooping happily 💗

    Hello Andrea, if it's just the visuals then it's ok to just hoop again. If it hurts and uncomfortable maybe rest a little and try again in a few days and see what it feels like. But it's good news, all that soft area that got beaten up will firm up and will have lean and strong and firm muscle and connective tissue. Well done being able to do it for half an hour for your first attempt. You're a champion already 💪♥️♥️

  • @BeeVargaTheHulahooper

    @BeeVargaTheHulahooper

    3 жыл бұрын

    Hello Rebekka, my video or other people's videos don't really matter at all if you can keep it up perfectly. It depends on how you feel. If you are able to keep up the hoop that you have and you can do the moves you want to do then it is the perfect hoop. But if it is a struggle, then definitely look into getting a bigger one for waist, hips etc and for hands any Toyshop hoop is great to start with. Eventually you will be able to use one hoop for everything but when we start we usually use a bigger one around the waist and a smaller one around the hands.

    Your feet you can keep the same place but if it is harder for you, do not worry about staying on the spot. You are allowed to move them if it helps, some people keep turning around and it helps them. Some stay in one place and not move the feet. What moves really is the knees and the hips, they stay soft and their movement generates momentum.

    @@cathydemarest3572 when we are kids, we are fitter and smaller… so it is easier for kids to keep up a small toy shop hoop. You could make one for you if you find a toy shop hoop that is larger diameter and you could fill it with sand or rice! That adds weight! And wrap it in some tape - gaffer tape is best but any will do really - the tape adds extra weight, too but improves grip at the same time 👌🏾💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽❤️ you can do it 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽❤️❤️❤️

    @@shazlink35 🤣🤣🤣 you've got to keep her motivated and inspired, keep showing off and encourage her to try and keep up with you. Mums need the inspiration and encouragement, too. They always keep supporting others and put themselves last. Be there for her so you have a super cool fun hobby and skill together. Not a lot of other 10-year-olds can say they do hooping with their mums 😉 well done, both of you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    It's great that people are trying to keep fit and finding ways to entertain themselves and get active even if stuck at home during a lockdown. We are all different with different preferences and facilities ♥️

    Well done! Ow yessss, 10-year-olds are not good for a mama's confidence 😂 I'm lucky, mine is only 5, so I can just about do more than she can but she learnt everything she knows a lot faster than me and it won't be long that she will be better than me... But that's is true joy, when we see our little ones thrive and have confidence and learn new things and succeed 💗 what a wonderful role model you are for letting her witness that mummy is learning, mummy is keeping fit, she is working on her well being with a growth mindset ♥️♥️♥️ keep shining your light for her ♥️♥️♥️
