That sounds smart I love people working together to benefit the family. But for me it would be the other way around I already have a business but could use help. A man would fit perfectly in what I started 2005 but most men shy away from this situation and feel they have nothing to offer that is so not true. Yes I already bought the rental properties but managing them and repairs takes alot.

I'm glad someone gave a true life example. Because like they said at the beginning one person needs to make the capital and everyone else can help manage it. So it shouldn't matter if its the man or woman that makes the capital or helps to manage it. As long as both parties are working together to build wealth.

This is such a HIGH LEVEL CONVERSATION that I had to Stop, Replay, and Repeat to absorb it all. There was way too much insight on how to build a billion dollar empire. Firstly, each individual family gets behind a family member who is able to take their family to the next financial level. Your family's LeBron is the one who has knowledge of self and is using their energy to become a successful entrepreneur. They have found that thing in life that brings them joy and is looking at how to be of service by delivering a product/service to their intended public (11:24-12:16). This is the first leg. The next leg is for this family to take their seat at the table in their community. This table is comprised of multiple families who have the intention of creating and sustaining wealth. This table represents the community from which these families live and the seating is unlimited. As 19 Keys said 46:16, "The culture decides to move to get together and move as a family." Together this cultural family will provide consumer goods to their community. As Keenan defined (47:28-47:58), it will be "culture pace". The businesses that come out of this cultural family will create wealth for the households of their community by the jobs that they create and by providing stock and tokens that give token owners voting rights (19 Keys, 46:48) and potentially dividend payments. Households of this community are going to close the quality of life gap and gain wealth through employment, as end users, as stock holders, and as token holders. As long as the community supports the cultural family's products, household wealth will be sustained within that community because the generated dollars will keep circulating within that community (19 Keys, 47:10-47:20). All the while, this cultural family will be investing 20% of its profits with 19 Keys on the blockchain (16:36-18:08). When the cultural family is ready to grow so that it can begin selling/buying with other cultural families who are investing with 19 Keys, it can use Venture Noire to scale the business (Keenan, 23:24 - 23:39). Here is the real GEM for doing this - EMPOWERMENT 1. CULTURAL FAMILY CREATES NONPROFITS GEARED AT IMPROVING THE COMMUNITY; NO MORE DEPENDING ON THE MAYOR TO PROVIDE FUNDING TO ASSIST WITH THE PROBLEMS THAT PLAGUE NEIGHBORHOODS IN THE COMMUNITY AND HINDER THE CULTURE 2. COMPANIES IN THE CULTURAL FAMILY PAY LIVABLE WAGES, OPERATE ON HOURS DESIGNED TO ALLOW A WORK/LIFE BALANCE (NO MORE 2ND/3RD SHIFTS); MIGHT WORK MON-THURSDAY 3. SAME COMPANIES PROVIDE BENEFITS WHICH INCLUDE LOW COST HEALTH CARE, TIME OFF FOR VOLUNTEERING/MENTAL HEALTH DAYS, SHUT DOWNS, AND BONUS PAYOUTS

I love the breakdown and yes its true my family should have stood with me when I started buying rental properties during the housing crash. I begged them to buy. They thought I was crazy spending every dime and every weekend searching for the next deal. The only person who took heed was my Aunt she started buying right along with me. I found the deals and closed on them. People now ask me how did I buy so many properties it would not be possible at today's prices. I had a vision I would make 10k monthly in rents. Now its come to past Im enjoying the fruits of my labor.

19keys has an agenda that’s been around for years, but Keanan has a world view of how to build the infrastructure of true generational wealth

We can practice group economics all day, but if we use the pool of money to buy something we still only practicing transfer of wealth.. we need to take those pool of resources and invent and own that product.. we don’t need to be just a branch.. we need to be the source

Not only are we not creating jobs or have enough revenue to pay a black individual enough income, we don't spend within our own communities to generate enough revenue to create jobs.

This is an excellent conversation that should be shared more widely. When it comes to financial literacy and mindset, the community does not receive this type of information.

Love conversations like these. My thing is the black culture is the forefront of America’s influence but we get so caught up in the money and wealth that we forget to share and help build eachother up. So now you have a lot of people in the culture easily persuaded and distracted cause we don’t know better. Not to mention we scam and rip our own people off so much that there’s a distrust within our community. As soon as we start to pay attention to our wealth more it’s a new drama or distractions that catches our attention and keeps us blind.

Man having my own channel and being deeply invested (pun intended lol) in the crypto and stock markets, I get absorbed into the details.... What you guys are laying out are true High Level Conversations. I look at 9-5 income as seed money and a paid internship to start my own business. I never chase a salary because I don't plan to work retire from a 401K or pension. However, in return, while I'm on payroll, I need to create value for the company that's funding my livelihood and seed money.
