KEEN Utility Factory -Sounds only (No music, No talking)
An inside look at the KEEN Utility factory in Portland, Oregon watching the Logandale take shape.
With the uppers assembled in a separate part of the world, they arrive in bins sorted by size.
A worker sets the uppers on a mold to have its turn on the carousel. After the rubber sole is placed in the mold, the "upper" is preheated before injected with a superheated polyurethane.
Once off the carousel, the excess PU must be trimmed off and be examined by the quality control.
Laces on, boxed in and sealed with the KEEN UTILITY sticker, you know these boots are quality made.

like it. definitely dig no intro, music etc.. Clean.
Awesome shoe ❤
this is incredibly soothing
Logandale, Braddocks, and Atlanta Cool 1’s FTW!
I have these exact ones. I wore them Monday-Friday 8-5 for one year and four months so far averaging 5,000 steps per day. I’ve replaced the insoles, the lace holes at the toes have worn through but they’re still going.

Hey thats great to hear!
You only showed the last part of the process (putting the sole on). Add a video of the boot being made please!
Is the entire upper and lower made somewhere else the just glued together here?

I got a pair...it was made in Thailand, Keen langsin
Best 180.00 investment keen Braddock, my everyday shoe. And supports American Workers.
I was wearing the Braddocks. Then I got a pair of Logandales. IMO the Logandales are better. JMO

Agreed. I have multiple pair of both. If the Braddocks were less insulated, i would like them more than Logandale.

@@daddychill7776 I do as well. 4 pair of the blue Braddocks 2 Pair of the Brown and 2 pair of Logandales one Carbon toe one soft toe. I'm thinking of going with the new flex work boots they got out now. 18 months until i retire 1 or 2 more pairs and my work boot purchases should come to a minimum. 34 years as union tradesman my feet and knees are gone. If keen only made something for shoulders. lol
