INGREDIENTS:
For Stuffing
½ tsp Coriander seeds
½ tsp Cumin seeds
¼ tsp Fennel Seeds
3 dry red chillies
½ tsp dry Fenugreek leaves
2 tbsp Oil
300g mince
½ tsp Coriander powder
¼ tsp red chilli powder
2-3 pinches turmeric powder
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
¼ tsp garam masala
1 sliced onion
some fresh coriander leaves
1 lemon juice
for dough
1½ cup All purpose flour
¼ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Oil
water as needed
for Chutney
1 tbsp Oil
4 Tomatoes
2 Garlic cloves
2-3 pinches Salt
1 finely Onions
2-3 pinches Roasted cumin powder
2-3 pinches Salt
2-3 pinches rock salt
¼ tsp Chat masala
¼ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
some fresh coriander leaves
half lemon's juice
Oil for Frying
