Yeah that's normally how it is. Crims choose whether it gets aggressive or not. His point was that cops have been escalating first a lot, and they aren't ready for them to act the same in turn.

PD actually complain to devs about stuff though... CG just vent out loud about it. That is why in 3.0 mag dump season was banned, why the PD cars are better in every aspect to local cars, or why taking out turbos now takes like 30secs rather than 5 seconds. Remember the camaro highway blasting from PD cars... yea now that car sucks.

Problem are cops who does dumb things that leads to crims getting caught. Like spiking stationary vehicle, going full force with batton or just gunning people down because they resisted cuff mechanic, and when crims are tired of this bs and wipe them out, cops cry about it on their streams, directly in dm with devs/admins forcing unnecessary buffs. (like Esfand for example...) All their cars got buffed to the point it's actually hard to crash with it, they stick to the ground like tanks and self correct themselves to stay in line.... Tasers now do more damage causing leg injuries for crims, what next? Tasers stun for 30 irl minutes? Tasers have AR's shoot range? Pushing rolled bills "illegal" through city council, because they OOC know how people get them. Entire DNA system is a huge power gaming tool because it cannot be countered by crims with use of any in game items, like special clothing, gloves, water, anything. But that's No Pixel... Instead of creating competent and good police department they keep hand feeding them with buffs everytime they cry or decide to not log in (like after the update when all cars went manual)... Why learn how to drive instead of just pressing W, when you can cry on stream and spam devs/admins DMs to get all cop cars buffed to the point they drive themselves.
