It's very British indeed. I feel like there's a bit of British eccentricity thrown in. I'm up in Scotland but would have loved to be an extra in this video. Part of it somehow.

This song makes me nostalgic for a place I’ve never visited (but hope to someday). Yet at the same time it also reminds me of the places in my hometown where I hold so many memories.

Just enjoying this video and lovely tune after returning from the place they filmed this video!-you are so lucky anyone who lives there as it's a gorgeous seaside town and I hope to return one day!-just to claim extra brownie points I am a long- time fan of the band and it just so happens that I was born a "Keane"so I love the fact that the band named themselves after their Dinner Lady Cherry Keane!-such a great story and lovely band-i will never tire of listening to their Music Xxx❤️🇨🇮☘️🇬🇧🎧🎼🎤❤️

Keane has killed me since 2007. They make me feel such a range of emotions and a deep nostalgy - in the most times about something I never lived or had.

My wife and I jumped on our bikes last Friday night and rode down to the south coast just to get away from some stress and craziness. On Saturday morning, against the odds, the sun came out and it was a spectacular day. We walked to the seafront and found ourselves in a little cafe. While I was ordering, I saw some photos on the wall and they were of Keane and it turned out we were sitting in the Sovereign Light Cafe. I had never seen this video before and we watched it later on and it just added some extra magic to a magical 24 hours.

2012: My son was 9. I fought my chronic illness, loaded up on painkillers and took him on holiday to the seaside, single handed. The drugs made me physically sick at night, the part he didn't see, but the memories are so worth it. Now I can hardly go out at all as I've got much worse. He's 18 right now and has fab memories of his summer holidays, and is a tremendous young man, he does so much to help me. This song and video bring a tear to my eye, I want to be able to WALK past the beach huts again - oh to go back in time. Make the most of every moment folks, you never know what life has in store.

If she's like me, she may never quite be able to put into words how much it means to her - I try, but I can never thank my son enough or find the words to express how much I appreciate him every single day. As for Keane - yes, yes and yes, I agree. Their music helps me relax and helps lift my mood at the greyest of times - fabulous band.

When i was 5, i was standing in a hotel lobby drumming a keane song and singing along. (Ive been a drummer from a very young age and ive always loved music). A man stood next to us and talked to my parents. Turned out he was their manager and he asked for adress and everything. They send me a drumhead with the text "to mickey" and all their signatures. Its even been played on. As a kid i didnt understand how special this was but now i realise how amazing and unique this is. Im very very lucky. Much love

Love it! Makes me think of home, that I left 23 years ago.

His voice, the songs, the emotion, purity, all rolled into one . Incredible.

My Spotify playlist is still full of Keane - songs, because they are much better than recent music in 2022. One of the most underrated bands if you ask me.

They were, to me, like as if they were picking up where Ultravox left off, with enormous, consciousness filling soundscapes, passion and driving, epic themes that made you feel like you were in a really great movie. Oh, the times we’ve seen . . .

This song deserved to be a much bigger hit in the UK.

A musical guided tour of Bexhill on Sea, conducted by the town's most famous sons. Beautifully melodic, top-notch songwriting, with a wonderful air of nostalgia running through it, like a stick of seaside rock ! Utterly brilliant !

I love how The Sovereign Light Cafe acknowledge this song and have some of the Lyrics in a picture frame. Bexhill is a lovely town and I love visiting

Melancholy and happiness in one song. Doesn’t get any better than this. One of those songs that I return to every now and then.

If I went back now it wouldn't be the same because we've all moved on, we all grew up and carry our responsibilities of adulthood. For me it's more of a nostalgia of a time that's gone and I cherish very much. I absolutely love my life right now because it is exactly how I dreamed it but sometimes I can't help but feel nostalgic.

I love how this video highlights the talents of all the people of Bexhill. Makes it so beautiful!

The last time I was in the UK , (I live in Austria) I visited all the places mentioned in the song in Battle , and had a cup of tea and cake at the sovereign light cafe 😃happy days !

I can't speak and write English, so I use a translator. Thanks to this song, I learned the stories that resonate in England. The song is so good, and I think it was used worldwide because I was a talented rock singer. I won't go to England because I can't speak English, but I'm always grateful for listening to the song, and I like it because I think you're a Christian rock singer and you're religious. Thank you always, and I support you.

I love this song. It gives me fond memories of the place where I spent my childhood. And the Sovereign Light cafe always did great icecream 😊

Whilst I appreciate what you are saying, I think that when people look at all the different music that is available, and they look at other bands and artists that are. in theory, more popular than someone like Keane, they, like me, find it very hard to reconcile why this should be so. I suppose it is the selfish part of the mind thinking 'I love this music, why doesn't everybody else?'

After I listen to this song, I have to play it on repeat for about 30 times!! It makes me feel good when I listen to it!! I love the music, lyrics, melody to this song! It really does make me feel better when I'm feeling down! I think this is one of the best songs from Keane!

I’ve seen the best vocalists in the business live: Mercury, Coverdale, Rogers, Sting, Meatloaf and a whole host more and I’m telling you Tom Chaplin is right up there with all of them! Saw Keane at the Brighton Centre in October 2019 and you hear how he sounds in this video? Well he sounds like that live! 👏👏👏 Pitch perfect and powerful. Whoa!

My now ex left Strangeland in my car and I can't stop listening to it. Listening to it like the way I used to listen to music as an excitable child. Two days after my 41st birthday I'll be going to the UK for the first time ever from NZ/Aus and will now most certainly be visiting the Sovereign Light Cafe´ :)

I did the opposite journey from Bexhill to New Zealand. Love this song and recognise some of the people in the video

This song is the definition of underrated. when most of the people go behind songs like despacito, very few people who love art prefer songs like this

This song brings back memories of when I was in Brighton in 2000 It's very similar the beach, the pier ...It must be Sussex

The Sovereign Light Cafe is where I used to buy my ice creams whilst enjoying a day on the beach when I was younger... Bexhill, where this video was shot, is my home town so feeling very proud of these local lads :) xx
