hello I want to thank all my viewers and subscriber to support me in this my journey.
I know in this stage we struggle to move on , the stress of study , anxiety and mainly the fear . we hold everything it's hard some time to focus in study but I would say that I also go though same thing but in the last I failed to beat my mental health and also my grade decrease.
then what I did ?
I accept all my mistakes , accept all my problems cry harder and harder then short of thing in my life is better now I don't go anything deep just live my life the way it is .
All I think is a journey the day I am year before I'm not now , I learn how to say no some time , I learn how to comfort my self in hard situation , I learn it's ok to not doing well as compared to other ....at least I try.
most important is this thing ( I don't know what to say this ... because it's not depression, sadness) never go in my life I just I have to ignore.
