You know they are lip syncing here right? Not saying Tzuyu hasn't improved, because they all have alot. But this is not live singing. EDIT: Sorry let me rephrase that. They are not lip syncing fully, they are singing but you pretty much only can hear the backtrack, so these are not live vocals.
