Special NPC's Fritz and Matthew: Minus 30 Groschen total(-15 each) to the tavern(Though they give a achievment if you hire them both, in order hire them, complete their questline. I just stole the gold in talmberg and gave them each a 1,000 Groschen if you wanna know how I ended it) However, their is a judgement activity later on and it gives you a option to kick them out or give them once last chance and chosing either one of these options makes it to where their negative incone just goes to zero in the tavern and adds money to the rathaus Vashek OR Mark: Stables(Positive income for each but Mark generates more, 55 for Mark to be exact, about ten more than Vashek I think) Adam: Tavern(Give positive income) Mirka: Tavern Maid(Gives positive income) Kunesh: Woodcutter(Lowers cost for woodcutters camp) Raspberry:Woodcutter(Lowers cost to woodcutters camp) Kornelius: Trader(Lowers cost for the traders building) Fink OR Zach OR Ota: Weapon smith OR Armor smith(I fairly certain that all of them give positive to the forge but I am not sure about Ota) Master Huntsmen in Talmberge: As stated by the Island GAMER you cannot recruit the huntsman since he becomes wanted after you become master huntsman unlike how others say you can online Sylvester: Baker(You get him you accept him in a judgment activity after the bakery is built) Possible Special Guardhouse NPC: Ulrich might be able to be recruited if you didn't kill him and built a guardhouse before hand and also before entering the mines with him to find the counterfeiters making the fake Groschen although I can't confirm this This is just information I have gathered across the internet and the video so I don't take complete credit for this. @@WhiteLocks Be a millers maid perhaps, Henry might end up being recognized as noble, but plenty of nobles had affairs, it was even considdered strange when a noble had only one child certain ones, especially those that seem a bit to fond of militairy campaigns, in other words, being surounded by young men, are often seen as potentially gay, not that they had to be, some soldiers have been noted to have enjoyed even the most gruesome wars when asked about it, but then again, it was not that taboo to have ilegitemate children, at least not for a noble, so yeah

As an official you have to represent the society you are the bailiff you can't just invite your affair or girlfried without a proper marriage to life as your woman in your town. And Theresa says something like "some day maybe but it is to fresh to marry right now. I was sad about it too but considering the cultural rules of the world it makes perfect sense.

​@@Chadius_Thundercocksadly it is unlikely Henry would ever be allowed to be a Noble. His father may be the hetman of the king, but his mother is a peasant. He is a bastard. To be honest, him being bailiff gives him enough money to buy himself and Theresa into power. Since he gets all the proceeds of the village for a full 5 years. That provides a king's ransom and a half.

Henry being the Bailiff Is essentially the Commanding Officer of all the Guardsmen, If he's not present then I'd imagine Master Locatior Marius would step up as the boss because essentially Henry Is the Mayor of the town while Marius Is the Deputy Mayor. However, I believe It Is possible to recruit Ulrich and since Ulrich Is kind of a knight he COULD be considered the Commander of the Garrison, Ulrich would be the Third In Command of the Guards while Marius would be the Second In Command and Henry the First In Command.

Fritz is a rat. He's supposed to be your friend but if he sees you stealing he'll run like a bitch and snitch you out to the bailiff! A good payback is to get them hung along with the dog Andrew the innkeeper i 😂

In my save marius wont move or do anything when I ask him to build something. He only moves when I shoot him with arrows and idk how to fix him

If you engage in true combat, hire Ota. Ota repairs anything, unlike Zach. Zach is a regular blacksmith, not a true armoursmith, that makes you go all the way to Sasau to Ota's armoursmith shop in order to recondition heavy damaged armour stuff, like cuirasses, mails (body and legs), helmets, brigandines, chausses, etc.

That is a lot of social vertical mobility by a single person...

Make more kingdom come videos please like you behind honorable Henry or bastard Henry

Ota ALWAYS declines although I have done whatever is in my powers to get him. I even sided with him in the fight with the young blacksmith‘s armor.

Ota will only leave Sasau if he gets discredited there. You need to approach him about the challenge and agree to fight for him, but then you need to lose the fight. Then he's done for in Sasau and will agree to leave to Pribyslavitz. Him joining is more of a consolation prize for completing the quest than a reward on it own, as he only nets you 10gr profit, while Zach nets you 70gr.

What happens if you recruit someone before their job even exists? I bought Mark to run the stables before I had any stables. Now that I have them built I haven’t seen him, and I don’t get the same option to recruit him from Neuhoff(sp?). Is he actually at my stable and I just haven’t seen him, or did I goof it up?

I honestly don't know, I remember trying to recruit someone before I had the house for them and they declined. Maybe search for them at a different time, maybe check the book with earnings to see if they are earning you money and let me know how it goes :)

Maxik Du As far as I remember you have to speak to the other blacksmith nearby the monastery, Zach. He suggests a competition with Otta reg. some armor made by his son against armor made by Otta. Then you get a mission out of that and after completing it you can ask Zach or Otta to come to Prybislavitz.

I recruited Mark and for a while he was at Pribyslavitz yet when I bought Shadowmere and then later came back Mark was gone and was replaced by just a 'Stablemaster' I can go back to Neuhof and ask Zora about hiring Mark but he never shows up

Matt and Fritz aren't at the Glade in the Inn for me. Nowhere to be found. Didn't do the Gallows or rat out Andrew just did the rock and a hard place mission put 3000 of my own Groschen in the chest after stealing the money and gave/split the Talmberg money between Matt & Fritz. Now they are nowhere to be found to be able to recruit them.

Silent Spectre for me they’re gone like during the rock and hard place when the quest tells you to go with companion, but they’re just not there and the quest said completed (go with companion). Can’t find them afterwards tho and the Groschen still with me

White Locks You got a point but in my games (third playthrough) I could recruit Adam only once despite always finishing the mission where I give him his family cross back and Matthew and Fritz could never be recruited (I don’t want to rob the stone cutters in Talmberg but other than that I did all missions with them). Also Ota is never willing to come no matter what I do (even sided with him in the fight). So, maybe bugs indeed?

Maybe you need to progress with story a bit or do some side quest related to Adam. Do you get a option to ask him to go to Pribyslavitz ? I had to do quests for some NPCs they would not go until I did quests related to them. It would be bad if you could sand NPCs to Pribyslavitz and then you can't do some quest coz of that. Do not quote me on this but I think Andrew the innkeeper will send you to speak to Adam at some point for some side quest maybe after that you can get Adam to go to Pribyslavitz.

All NPCs require you to finish their quests before you ask them to work for you.

Do the quest where you get the money &/or Bianca's cross that were stolen. You get the quest from Andrew at the Inn On The Glade

They are actually pretty decent fighters. On my last playthrough I recruited them, and out of curiosity I followed them as they travelled to Pribyslavitz. Along the way we ran into an ambush point. Matthew got off his horse and started kicking ass! I was quite surprised. Fritz was a bit behind so I didn't get to see him in action.

what about the Hunter Nicholas? i can ask him but after the quest that makes Henry the new talmberg huntermaster he is gone and cant find him anymore! anybody found out where to find him??

After that quest he and Margaret are gone. You can't recruit a huntsman anyway.

I'm about to finish my 3rd playthrough and once again, Fritz and Matthew died by my hands. I just don't like them lol

I tried but no one accepted to recruit for prib what can i do

Yeah, but where can you find him when you complete Hare Hunt quest? I'm a bit sceptic about this because of few reasons: 1. If he is Huntsman of Talmberg, why would he leave that place (better place) where he serves Divish directly, just to live in a new village to serve ordinary Baliff? 2. If you banished him and took his place and you can still find him and recruit him, he is still a wanted man by Divish and Pribyslavitz belongs to Divish, so... he would risk to hunt for you under Divish nose or you would risk to hide him from Divish? 3. There is no building for Huntsman. But please prove me wrong, i wanna get as much NPCs as its possible

Hi, Building for huntsman is Guardhouse. Nicholas can be asked to join, but its not know how or if he accepts.

Really wish I didn’t watch this, I didn’t finish the main storyline and by the time they mentioned Skaltiz I realised that it was never restored :(

Well, take into consideration it's based on historical events. While a bit of time may pass in game, you're not going to win a war, rebuild a stronghold, and repopulate it so quickly. Sure, rebuilding a settlement in the woods is easy enough but the burgh of the silver mines that Sigusmund wanted so badly? Remember, it took Lady Stefanie seven years to finally reclaim her husband and fief...

Most of the recruits are arseholes. I really appreciate Adam for being simple and grateful.

@@Chris-hs8zd There are quest locks that prevent him to be recruited. You must have both the tavern ready and free and his family treasure recovered.

Steal something from him and let him notice you stealing, that will wake him up, so then pay the guards or use persuasive skills against them and before he goes to sleep, ask him about the job :)

I need help getting my merchants to work, they tell me to shove off cause I'm trespassing, and it doesn't matter what time of day it is. I've built Prib twice now in two separate saves, both times the merchants got bugged, I searched everywhere for an answer and got nothing to show for it. A part of me wants to keep the immersion alive and fire these assholes with an arrow to the skull, for telling their bailiff to shove off, not sure what other solution there is. Already got all the groschen I need... but it's a shame I took all the time to make Prib the best it can be, inn keeper, old friends, armorsmith, weaponsmith, stables, everything is the best thing you can get for it, optimally judged too.

Same for me. But they're still alive.. Their mission just hasn't popped up since I got the cuman disguise. They got armor and everything but no mission triggers

Jesuschrist be praised. Many ask why Godwin isn't available. First of all, let us remember this game is based on historical recreation, that been said let me explain. Heinrijch; better known as Henry to all of us; is apointed local bailiff, that is, a civil authority. Bailiff was the fashion for local civil authority of the Kingdom of France. Kingdoms like Castille, England and the Holy Canonical Empire (better known as Holy Roman Empire) had their variants for this local authority, but let us remember that during the high, low and late middle ages the most influential civilization form, for western and central Europe, was France by far. That's why we see that type of clothes, the importance of horsemanship, that sort of warfare, that community structure and civil authorities, etc. During the 8th century the Franks influenced the Western Church; the Roman Church; in such a way, that three centuries later a Schism with the Traditional Church, the Orthodox Church, would come. The question lies in that no civil authority could apoint canonic ministries, they could suggest but never decide, that's a privilege of Bishops, not the other way around, cause no matter King or bailiff all civil authorities should have had the blessing of their local canonical ministries. Some may say that Henry recruits Fr. Simon for Rovna, but that's not quite accurate, because Henry is just suggesting Fr. Simon to return to his, still formal, parish. Nice video, except that you failed to point out just where exactly are these npcs. A town name or a marking on the map would've gone a long way.

You need to complete all quests connected to those npc's before you recruit them.
