Kazakhstan’s president pledges deeper ties with Armenia on official visit
📍 Kazakhstan’s president says the country is seeking to deepen ties with Armenia and stands ready to help mediate between Yerevan and Baku.
📍 Armenia dismissed reporting by The Times newspaper suggesting the country is in talks with the United Kingdom to reach a cash-for-refugees arrangement.
📍 Armenia said there are no indications that a car accident late last week that left at least four soldiers dead was caused by cross-border shelling from Azerbaijan.
📍 Armenia has called for restraint after Iran’s direct attack on Israel over the weekend.

From what I understand France is building a relationship with them. This may be part of the plan. On the other hand, this administration is so jacked up trying to be all things to all people that I wouldn’t be surprised if your guess is right.
