Set off from Paper Mill lock towards Chelmsford. After Having lunch near the A12 we headed back. Ran a couple of weirs which neither of us had done before. Rebecca showed her class by performing some perfect kayak rolls. Finished off the day with ice-cream from the cafe. Great stretch of river to go for a paddle even with so many locks to portage
