Kayak Fishing Cornwall - lizard point

Hi, in this video I launch and Fish at Lizard point with a friend. The fishing was not great but we got up close to more seals than you can shake a stick at and performed an unexpected rescue. #kayakfishinguk #kayakfishingcornwall #fishingcornwall #hobiecompassuk #fishingcornwall #thelizard

2 interesting facts, I laid the tarmac outside the shop/cafe at lizard point. Also fished there this Sunday (day you released this video) and caught nowt all day. Great videos as all local to my spots. Keep them coming. 👍

Thanks for tuning in Matt and commenting. We had a few wrasse off the shore and the lures followed by small bass after qenpacked the kayaks away. I may have mixed the tarmac you laid outside the shop!

The bio-luminescent jellyfish are called ctenophores. I saw some whilst kayak fishing around the Manacles the other day. You can pick them up, they don't sting.

Hi I’ve been watching your channel and thoroughly enjoying it ! I’m a kayak fisher myself and I’m in Bodmin visiting a friend this weekend 12th to the 16th of July ! If you fancy meeting up for a fish let me know ! I would need an easy launch site as I have a Pro Angler 14 ! Cheers Mike
